My class in online and it is a respected yoga establishment. After hearing you, I am really glad I did not sign up for the 300. I am more comfortable with what I am doing in hearing your journey. I am starting my 200 on Saturday/Sunday. It is a course aimed at school educators that work with students with trauma. I really liked that my classmates are older and not the typical 20 y/o with the body frame to go with it. I won't stick out like a sore thumb. I can do this, one step at a time.
