Your annoyances would be echoed by myself if I were collecting this car. The car needs to be clean inside and out and the fact it wasn't fully charged is ridiculous. Its a lovely car, but looks like Tesla need to brush up on their CS process here.

You can sell the old car befor buying the new one or you can trade in the old for the new. Or if you don't leave alone you can tell the other personne to help you buy the car. Don't do any of that you need one good car.

I agree, regardless of what the requirement is, it should be best practice to charge the car up to 75/80% for the person when they arrive to pick it up. Hey they did you better than CarMax did me. My car was at 2% when I pulled out the lot. I live less than 20 miles from two Tesla delivery centers (two different directions).
it's not that they didn't clean it, some service dude came in to drive it off the truck after eating peanuts and a kitkat. every time i think i want a tesla and then i see the level of complete unprofessionalism that a dealership exhibits, i don't want to ever deal with tesla. can't they walk around and present a nice, clean, with no defects car? is it too much to ask? no other car brand can pull this crap off, other than tesla.
Had mine for 2 months paint chip lighting strip rattled console scratched head rest squeezes front seat rubs center console panel bowed out...The sales staff fk up and I Lost the first hold...I had to take this one or lose 250. In shop now shady shit by Tesla.

Picked up my highland 3 6 days ago. Car has chips and scratches in the paint. Other than that, it was solid and I'm very happy. Enjoy.
Mine was about 56% too. I think in the delivery documents it actually says they will only guarantee it will be more than 50% on pick up.

It’s beautiful…..love the white interior… I went from 2021 RWD model 3 to 2024 AWD model y…loved my model 3 but it was too low.

Charging at 50 percent will only get you around 75kw. You can only get 250 kw at low battery like 10-30%.
