Hi Dan, you mentioned that you don't have to worry about Financial Disclosure at close out. Depending on the sponsor, the financial disclosure has 2 forms; there's a study start FDF and an end of study FDF. The End of study FDF needs to be signed by staff who signed study start FDF when they leave the study or at closeout, depending.
John, I'm working on a project now, and as of September 2019, the sponsor changed their End of Study Financial Disclosure requirement, where they no longer require it unless someone's financial ties with the sponsor changes.

Correct, I've never worked for a Sponsor that doesn't require End of Study FDFs for all active PI/Sub-I's.
