i fixed a build a few months ago and worked great. now the light comes back on and the bulb isn’t burnt out?

Sometimes that is an indication that the bulb is about to burn out. I would suggest changing the bulb.

When one bulb go out the other is not far behind. I had the same issue. I had to change the other bulb about one week later. Thanks for watching

It is better that the dash notified you than a policeman intent on revenue enhancement. The hardest part of changing the lamp is gaining access to the bulb holder. Dielectric grease is always a good idea. I also wipe a new lamp with an alcohol wipe to prevent hot spots from grease or finger prints. I do this wearing cotton gloves at my shop. Oh TH-cam is how to figure out how to get to the lamp.😀🛫
