- It may not be 5:00pm yet, but that does not mean you cannot start planning which tasty drinks you can enjoy on your next Royal Caribbean cruise.
At the many bars and lounges throughout Royal Caribbean's fleet, guests can enjoy a wide range of drinks, but there are a handful of drinks that we think are quintessentially a Royal Caribbean drink and something we look forward to sampling on every cruise we go to.

Great info! I’m gonna get the drink package so I can sample many drinks that I have never had before. I figure what the heck since I will sail out on my birthday in December and bring in the New Years on the boat as well lol.
Labadoozie is my favorite! Also like the frozen Strawberry Daiquiri.
I was on the fence about buying the drink package as i like wine and thought most of the more upscale wines by the glass might not be included. Great to know you just get charged the difference! Thanks

The mojito is NOT a "coconut based drink" . It is rum, lime, mint, sugar, and soda water. No friggin coconut!
Any cocktail on the pool deck of a ship or at Coco Cay. I particularly enjoy: Coco Loco, Sexy Ocean, Caribbean Cooler .

Ovations of the Seas next June to Alaska (over Summer Solstice - yay!) - 3rd RC cruise (2x Alaska, 1x New England/Canada), 3rd Alaskan cruise (2 on RC - 1 on Princess - ack) - can't wait to take your advice on some of these! BTW, you have a great voice that I think I'd recognize anywhere!

Kraken Rum is the BEST rum out there right now. I have yet to find a version of the Kraken I don't like.
Side note: I am in awe of the collection of toys you have behind you. Especially the Speak and Spell. I had one as a kid and it was one of my favorite toys!

I think the drink package is worth it, even if you don’t drink more than 3 drinks a day. I also use it to get 2 waters before each excursion, 2 specialty coffees each morning, and ginger tea if I get seasick. I also enjoy the convenience of just walking up to a bar and know my drink is covered.

@@cruisecrazy7066 3 drinks, 2 bottled waters, and 2 specialty coffees cost $52. That is what I am currently paying for the drink package. I watch the price daily. If it goes down, which it generally does, I will get the reduced rate. I have not been on a cruise where I have not reduced the price of every item 2-3 times. It just takes diligence. For my June cruise I have already reduced the price of the key twice and the drink package once

On the Oasis of the Seas, my favorite drinks were:
*Pomegranate Daquiri in Jazz on 4
*Banana Daquiri in the Viking Crown Lounge
*For the life of me I cannot remember the drink. It was in the Champagne Bar; it had Jack Daniels, Grand Marnier, notes of orange, peach and lemon (?) as a Martini. I was drunk for three hours, no lie! Family and I had gone to Chops that evening for dinner. Half into the dinner, I muttered under my breath, "I can't wait till this buzz drunk wears off!!"

First RC cruise coming up in September on Harmony. Can you tell me the best place to get "spiked" coffee? When we cruised on Carnival, their coffee bar had several alcoholic coffees. My favorite was an iced latte with Baileys. TIA!

There was a green drink given out at the crown anchor party-but i didn't get the name
I understand that everything can not be included in the deluxe drink package such as expensive wines and liquors but I found it really annoying that there were no sparkling wine included(cheapest $14)and that there were coctails($14) on the standard drink menu found at every bar not included in the package!
Can you tell me what is included? Any good wines? Also, is a decent tequilla included? Could you pay the difference on the drinks that were not included? Thanks!
@@mollylamora1802 I found a good white wine that I liked but can't remember the name, patron tequila is included, the standard drink menu had coctails for each liquor classic coctails $9,5 premium coctails $12 and royal signature $14 and yes you can pay the difference. But keep in mind that terms and conditions may change brands available may change and prices go up.
$12 was the limit on my cruise.
I just got off harmony of the seas and they were selling drinks pool side and the guy was calling them sippy dippie..(slush drink that the server poured a shot into it when he gave it to me)..
i even ordered it at the bar as sippy dippy and the bartender knew what it was. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS DRINK ISAS I CANT FIND RECIPE

Yes. Virgin drinks are called mocktails when you look up the refreshments packages on the RC website.

Can you get a Labadoozie or a on a cruise that doesn't have Labadee as a port call?
As long as they have the ingredients, most bars can make it for you.
I just got back from the Oasis of the Seas and Labadee was NOT a port of call. I found out that the drink is normally made from a mix for cruises with Labadee as a stop. I found a skilled bartender at the Schooner Bar who made a fantastic version from scratch! Thanks Nigel!
My bf and I are going on Enchantment of the Seas in April 2020. He’s not much of a drinker. Can he get the refresher package while I get the deluxe drink package? It would really be a waste to get him the deluxe package...
Not if your sharing a cabin. It's obligatory both have it if together. Otherwise, he needs a doctors note saying he's unable to drink alcohol for health reasons.
Since the Cruise Compass is now only digital, where would one find the drink of the day? I am looking through the daily planner, and I don't see anything. Cruising on Harmony in two weeks!!
Do you have to finish each drink before you get another one on Harmony?
I believe you need to wait 15 mins before can order more. Naturally, the server can see the time of when your card was swiped last.
The R Bar on Freedom does not do drinks made in a blender.
