Précision. If you put a 9 foot piano in a 100 sq fr room you’ll need to cover your ears and the acoustic will be crap. You can’t put a piano meant for a 1200 people concert hall in your bedroom. The room sq ft must be proportionate... I’ll say for an average 150 sq ft room the max you can go is a 5.8 to 6.0 foot long... Now you can do what you want but the acoustic matter more than than how loud your piano is. Yes I know you get better bass. But on a 5.8 ft piano you get very decent bass.
