Here in my state in Australia, the police can confiscate ANY knife from you if you don’t have a “lawful excuse” to possess it (ie, for your work, as a general utility, pursuit of a sport or hobby). Doesn’t matter if it’s a Classic SD Swiss Army Knife or a murdery-looking CRKT Crossbones. In practice this just means if they think you look a bit dodgy and are carrying the knife as a weapon - even if for self defence - they’ll take it from you. If you don’t look like you’ve come straight out of prison I doubt you’d get in trouble for carrying this on your keychain though, which is how I’ve been carrying mine.
