@@andrewscott3176 During the covid period when they did viewings of episodes with the cast where they gave comments on episodes (goes wrong along), Dave and Charlie where always snuggled together in a home on a couch with a cup of tea and a cat that occasionally came to disturb them. Giving all the "we're a couple that lives together" vibes. I can't 100% confirm that they are indeed a couple, but if I were a betting man, it seems like a very obvious bet to make :p.
It's stuff like this that makes these shows so spectacular. It's not just the hilarious slapstick and comedy of errors vibe, it's that the writers take great care into building actual character arcs and metaplots into all the mayhem. Makes it all way more rewatchable, imo. It rewards looking for these little details.
I was in the audience of this recording and it was so good. There were a lot of moments of improv that didn’t make the Final Cut that were absolutely hilarious which just shows how talented everyone at Mischief is.
5:14 The "Casablanca"/"Brief Encounter" moment when the woman has to choose the man she has, and leave the man she wants. Sandra, finding herself in that situation in her own life (in the Cornley Universe) knows what she must do. But this time there will be a twist, as the man she goes back to turns out to be a cad. We see other variants of the basic plot theme in Sandra's characters in Haversham Manor, Harper's Locket (where the choice is made for her by the death of one of the rivals), and Summer Once Again (where she loses both), and Vanessa's character in 90 Degrees (where she abandons both). But only in Peter Pan is the dilemma happening to Sandra herself.
Peter Pan Goes Wrong is one of my favourites of all times because this performance made me laugh so much that I couldn't control myself while trying to watch the show😄😆😂. Although this trailer is a little different from the one that I've seem back in 31st December 2016 BBC before the start of New Year Day 2017 because the scenes and characters have slightly changes that I would liked to see this version on TH-cam so I can compare it.
I just got done watching the broadway version of Peter Pan goes wrong and everyone loved max and Sandra so much and everyone almost cried for max when they played the recording saying he can’t act and the only reason they kept him around was because of his uncles money
On the contrary - in Act 1 he has no hesitation with Sandra, but in Act 2 he is embarrassed to look at her because she is in a state of undress. And it is Trevor, not Max, who seems keener on their kiss.

I love how you can just see little hints of Sandra's lust for Max throughout the play, it makes the whole love triangle even funnier.

I know it's mean but I love how Robert and Chris both got along when it came to Max. Normally, they're at each other's throats.
This is just good acting. Building characters even if just one audience member notices it. Love the subtleties.
