For me the special non gamepass version of minecraft just says "installing view in queue" but when I go to the queue nothing is installing and I can't cancel the install from the Microsoft Store or from the queue so I don't know what to do

Ok so for anyone that deletes Minecraft thats from game pass first, and it doesn't let you install the older minecraft version, reinstall the gamepass version of minecraft, open it and keep it open while you go into the microsoft store, find the older minecraft version under the spongebob add-on, and it should let you install that version of minecraft. Then when you download the older version, after its done, delete the one that has the gamepass symbol and your good to go.

This might actually work in the 360. Dlc for 360 was mad to be carry forward with bedrock but was never implemented. There is a folder that can be populated manually for add-ons only I never tried any. Maybe will test soon now 😂

can you do a tutorial on shaders? i've used your other tutorials in the past and now I have my own skins :)
To use shaders just do everything you'd normally do to get mods. I recommend using luminous dreams pack. Put the pack on a world then go to the Minecraft preview and transfer the world with the shaders to the preview. Then enable the experiment that would allow shaders and your done.

Little fun fact: You don't actually need to get the Spongebob minecraft specifically. You can do it with any minecraft dlc that shows that de-listed minecraft version.

@@RafanFarooquib it should. But currently, the Microsoft store will only let you buy it on a pervious version of the shop to my knowledge, I have no clue if they have fixed it as of recent.

You should make a video showing how to install an addon when it gets an update. I had a bunch of trouble with it wouldn't install the newer version just the old one had to delete my worlds with that addon to get the new updated one

Btw smitty when u get the bstallr you can copy the link and send it to an alt account in messages and go on to that account on your phone and click the link you sent to the account and do it that way and u don’t haft to go on any websites cause it won’t load and it will still think u went on it
I tried downloading the minecraft from the spongebob method and it won't let me download it, I press i install and it says view in queue and then goes back to saying "install" i've also watched your vids on how to fix it and that method didn't work either.

One thing I just discovered, some textures and addons are bricking the game, causing it to not open, and this can only be fixed by reinstalling the game or deleting the texture from the folder.

He mentioned you're going to have to do the reinstall method, and to do that you have to uninstall the game, look up the spongebob mod, scroll down to find minecraft, then download it from there

I installed the mod and it’s on my game. However, it appears that none of the mobs spawn in naturally (i can only spawn them in using the spawn eggs) as well as this it appears that the only thing that was added to my game was the spawn eggs and none of the other items.

bruh are you serious, litteraly did this 3 times to make sure i wasn't trippin bassically the old version keeps on "updating" and it just straight up removes the old version and forces me to play the more updated version of minecraft. You can't mod xbox.

I seem to have run into a problem that needs to be fixed. So when you try to do the reinstall method, the green button to install the older version of minecraft won't let you diwnload it. Every time you click install, it cancels it. This might be a problem for modders :/

Insider is no longer needed! Just make sure your console is all the way up to date and it’ll work for everyone

Do you have to do the reinstall method for each mod you add on?
You can add like 100 mods, skins, resource packs at once and then only have to do one redownload. If you want to add more after that you will need to do another delete-redownload.

I found a way to fix the not downloading error, but it involves factory reset.
All you gotta do is do the factory reset with keep all games and data, and once you're back in the console, turn off the "keep my games and apps up to date", so the microsoft store doesnt update (and cancel it right away if it started automatically)
Once thats done, just go in the store and if you get the "need an update" thing, just click cancel, go search the special version and thats pretty much it.

You need to go to your updates and deny auto updates and then You just press the 3 lines on the Microsoft store when it pops up into your recently opened apps and click game card then click the settings and uninstall it then you open the Microsoft store from your Xbox guide menu

Tip to not let your world's go corrupt, this might work better for it. Unload the mods from the world's and then delete them and once everything is done and reinstalled the game and everything is downloaded, then you put them back on. Do this everytime you wanna load addons

You can bypass linkvertise in Microsoft edge
instead of using the linkvertise links put them in a bypasser that supports linkvertise and use the mediafire link it gives to you

You gotta tweak the name on the file by renaming it you should be able to do that by pressing the three lines button and the option should be there but make sure not to delete the pack type I.e .mcaddon or .zip
Help! Ive been doing this for awhile and as usual I clicked the button to reinstall. When I click it is says “Installing view in queue” then it goes back to green and nothing happens. I reinstalled Minecraft normally and all my mods are gone. Any advice?
