Been snowboarding for few years at my local mountain Jack Frost in PA. The runs are super short so these step ons would be great! I live in New Castle, DE so honestly this would be great for any local mountains as most of them are not very big.
I'm from Texas and the closest mountain is 10 hours away, so the opportunities on the mountain are rare, but i'm doing my best to improve as a snowboarder despite the challenge.

I started watching your channel this winter and I love the content you put out. I’ve especially enjoyed watching your step on reviews as I am very interested in them right now. I’m from California in the Bay Area so my home mountains are all in nevada. Heavenly, kirkwood, and what used to be squaw valley are the ones I would go to. Auckland New Zealand, Closest Snow is Mt. Ruapehu, regular with the kids is Whakapapa Ski field. Been keeping watch on your vids for a while. Family only started on snow 4 years ago, Partner and kids were all skiing and step on seems ideal. You have some of the best real world experience videos of them. Kids are now on boards with me, but i'm still so keen on Step on, as soon as the boots need replacing I'm hoping to go that way. Bindings would certainly sway the financial department. would love to see something on the new brands offering step on boots, (though with wide feet, it looks like i'm sticking with photons as the best option). I live in Phoenix so never had a chance to snowboard. I always wished to learn but never had the money or support. I’m a front line healthcare worker and was feeling burnt out so I decided to pull the trigger a month ago when a group of friends arranged a ski trip to Stowe, VT. Thats where I fell in love with the sport!
@@themidwestshredder the local indoor slope is Manchester, gets a little boring after a while as you’re in and out of your bindings every 2 mins and the same 4 walls. Try to get away when we can but not been for a good few years. Just getting the wife into boarding so fingers crossed it will be the Alps at the end of the year.

I moved to Utah about a year ago and just got into snowboarding near Brian Head. I love it so much and I really want to get my own board but I’ve been wondering what gear to get. 40miles south of Chicago. So I gotta drive hours so If in Wisconsin I’m at cascade, alpine valley, or grand Geneva If Michigan has fresh lake effect it’s usually bittersweet or Swiss valley.
Metro-Detroit area. 3 different slopes within an hour of me: Pine knob, Mount Holly, Mount Brighton. I encourage you to take a look or make the trek out more north to Boyne Mountain.

Metro-Detroit area. 3 different slopes within an hour of me: Pine knob, Mount Holly, Mount Brighton. I encourage you to take a look or make the trek out more north to Boyne Mountain.
