- How to make an Indian Club with:
and empty plastic bottle
a stick (or any piece of wood just under an inch thick)
some sand, gravel or dirt
a screw
Should have slowed it down at 5:43 to show the drilling of a pilot hole through the cap and screwing in the screw. This keeps the dowel in the bottle.
