I have a Yeti cup full of water next to my bed I wake up and take drinks during the night...I just drink tons of water normally always have I cannot take vitamins they make me super hungry, I just try to get my vitamins in my diet as directed by drs. if they work for you that's great. your sweater is so pretty!!! love it! I love your spring decor we've been having 60 and 70 degree weather, been wearing shorts and flip flops, so I am really getting spring fever, bought me a mini greenhouse to plant some seeds I have thousands of flower seeds lol..that quote I have put on my fb page, really inspirational. Yoga is fantastic, I do a workout bout 3 times a week and yoga (I'm 64) I do also watch youtube vids about proving the bible is correct. Our family have had to say goodbye to three of our sweet babies in 2023. Of course they were 12 and 13 years old but that doesn't keep you for missing them. Love little Archie we had a dog that couldn't walk she had to have back surgery she had chipped a little bone in her neck but thank goodness they fixed her still praying for little Archie he is so cute

I'm in California and it has been raining for three days and that is very unusual. We are actually happy to see the rain! But, I can understand it would be hard if you had that for long periods of time. Spring is in six weeks!
