Excellent design, I have tried hand bikes and power assist wheels and this would enable me to exercise much like the hand bike without the added strain on my arms, especially going up hill! The hand bike only had front wheel drive, so going up hill was almost impossible spinning the front wheel! Also the chair with the 2 large front drive wheels is shorter than the hand bike, so it would be easier to move say in the train or bus! I did take my hand bike on the train and bus but there were times I had to remove the front wheel! The only problem with that chair, might be fitting it in a car, but we did not see if that was possible. cheers! PS I forgot to add when using my power assist wheels the camber of the sidewalk makes a straight run very difficult especially on one arm and shoulder, very painful! This design alleviates that problem, as does the hand bike.
Yeah/Nah!! Absolutely no idea about what is good, efficient, and practical for an independant wheelchair user. 43 years lived experience, can go almost anywhere, at decent speed, and shoulders are fine!! Biggest problem so many have is not having an appropriate wheelchair for their needs, in design, fit, and ergonomics. Once you have these needs met, you will invariably use it correctly, and most of you problems go away.
This is the literal ugliest wheelchair I've seen in a long time Nobody wants this as their everyday chair Maybe for hiking But only if it isn't expensive
Absolutely ridiculous design. To get full extension the individual has to lean to far forward and could easily loose their balance and/or hurt their lower back. Horrible....Just plain horrible! (Not to mention ugly as heck..)

Any paras on the testing team? My needs are a little diff. T-6 gives no core muscles, I'd just fall forward.
push rims are a pointless waste of money on those 12 inch wheels.
yet another example of mobility as determined by those who have no idea of the mobility needs of wheelchair users

I think that doing these videos in a mortuary is weird.

Speak for your self.
Se ve que no son muy cómodas de manejar que digamos.

If you cant use it, get something different! I am a t1, with a high back and chest strap it looks great to me!
