Looks nice. I own a small HYSOON machine similar to this that I got about a year ago. I don't have any attachments yet though... What I don't understand is the load capacity on yours is rated at 390KG, mine is only rated at 200KG despite being similar weighted machines. Mine does not have counter-weights though, so that probably gains you an extra 100KG or so, but I think your lift capacity may be over stated.
Great question. I plan to make a video and test out how much it can pick up. Get some real world numbers. I have never heard of Hysoon, where do you purchase it? Inhighly recommend some attachments. Amazing what this can do!
@@OurLifeInTrees HYSOON is probably the first well known brand of Chinese mini skid steers. They've been around a while. Think of them like the mini skid steer bobcat of China. They've been selling them to Australia a lot. Very high quality machines by the sounds of it and they've been making the HY-380 for like 12-15 years! I only have 17 hours on mine, no issues other than the fuel gauge freaking out and bouncing around a few times. I bought mine directly from the manufacturer with a 3 gear pump for about 6K + shipping from China about 3 years ago. I actually want to get a diesel one as those have a legit 1000 pound lift capacity and have like a 2200 pound tip capacity. The diesels are around 9-10K + shipping. I need to get an auger and pallet forks for sure, not sure what other attachments I'd like.
You do realize that pinch point by the handles and hydraulic hose is not a handle it's a guard. You hold onto the joystick and it protects your hands from hoses. It's padded to protect the hoses.

Thank you. This one was around $8500 shipped to my door with just the standard bucket. It took about 2 months to get here, so patience is required. lol. The ones around me are high as well
@@OurLifeInTrees Compare that unit to the ones that Ritchie Brothers offers ( AGT Industrial LRT 23 as an example ) and there is no comparison. This one beats theirs hands down on everything but the price. But theirs is not as capable. For one, theirs does not have the auto leveling arms. Two, the fuel tank is set low and would be a pain to fill as it is right at your feet. Three, your sides extend back to form a sort of cage that will protect you and also keep you from falling off sideways if you make a sharp turn. Four, yours had the hydraulic lines that are metal inside the arms for protection. The AGT's are on top of the arms where they could get damaged more easily. 5. Throttle is better located. 6. Motors are up high and not down low like on the AGT. 7. I think theirs is either a one or two pump machine. Not a 3 pump as when you operate some attachments, it affects the drive system. And the list goes on. So for twice the price, you really got more than double the machine.
@@evan3178 I got the large bucket with teeth, 4in1 bucket, grapple, trencher, auger with 8” bit, land leveler, trailer hitch, brush cutter, and stump grinder. They cost about $8k to have shipped from China to Oklahoma.
I didn’t need it nor have I ever encountered anyone who has. Yet it sounds like a good idea to have extra insurance. I used a credit card as well. Also alibaba charges an extra 2.9% to use a credit card.
They were out of stock when I went there. For my channel I want to review dealer machines, import process from China, and auction machines. Kymron machines are great because they are well sorted out.
And Infront is built by Derette. Both are brokers for the machines I believe. My salesman with Derette is awesome and would definitely use him over anyone else I have communicated with.
As long as Derette is around, it takes a week or two to get parts. The motors are a dime a dozen online. I googled the part numbers on mine and they are all over. eBay is a simple one. The valves are made by an Italian company. The pumps are Parker pumps. The hoses can be made anywhere. It all seems easy to find so far.
It looks like it’s 2 inches off the ground, I have Rocks on my property. Doesn’t look like it’ll work for me or does it raise for better ground clearance?
True. Not much to get into. Everything is sealed up front. Hydraulic oil tank, the pumps, and a battery. The machine was about $8500 shipped to me with a bucket.
Hi bud Im thinking to buy same exact machine , how do like it so far ? Any problem with it , and suggestions i should ask the seller before I buy, hope all good , many thanks 👍
I love it. I only have a few hours on it, so I’m not 100% sure on how it is long term, so far it seems great. I like my counterweights I got. Cool! I've never seen a mini, first time for everything. MY QUESTION for you is: how much weight can it pick up with forks or a grapple attachment, if available? I'm looking for something that can lift logs onto a sawmill, roughly/at the most 3000 lbs. Will this handle it?
Most of the parts are. Engine, pumps, values, etc. hoses can be made at a hydraulic hose shop if needed. As of now, Derette has everything in stock and it can be here within 1 - 2 weeks.
Maybe I missed it. However, how much did this cost (total, including any input and shipping)? Did you have to arrange shipping yourself? If you arranged shipping how much of a hassle was that?
I paid about $8500 shipped to me using DDP which includes everything to my door. You need a forklift to unload it. I also got a crate of attachments which cost another $8k to my door.
So all in, stump grinder, auger and all accessories, shipping start up etc what is a ballpark price? Did you pay up front? and how long to get it to you?

New subscriber here, I like the new mini skid steer. I have been watching a lot of mini excavator videos and yours popped up on my to watch list. With those two pieces of equipment you have, there isn't to many jobs you can't do. You can't even buy a used name brand machine for what you have in both pieces new. Can't wait to see what all the attachments can do. I know were not neighbors but if you want to load up and come to Indiana you could take care of a few projects I need done. 😂
Hahaha. Indiana is a little far from me. Not today, maybe tomorrow. lol Yeah, I figure that with these machines I can do almost anything that the average homeowner could imagine. And the price for everything is certainly cheaper than a big name American brand.
They did it all. As easy as buying something on eBay. Just shipping took a little longer. It took a month and a half to get to me from China to Oklahoma.
Checking the link in your description. The ad has a B&S engine not a Honda as you demonstrated. Are there other differences from the one you've shown? Thx
The link is for the DRT450. When you talk to the salesman, Dean, he can set it up the way you want. I opted for the Honda engine and changed a few things around from the Alibaba listing, it all reflected on my paperwork and invoice. They are willing to make changes since they are the manufacturer.
@@OurLifeInTrees I wonder if they would be willing to change the controls to ISO standards? so that the left joy stick controls both tracks forward, backward and left and right. While the right stick controls the bucket. As a long term skid steer operator these odd controls could be a problem when muscle memory kicks in, in tight quarters.
Depending on the part. Honda engine stuff is readily available. The machine specific parts I’m sure are Derette or one of the other companies that rebadge them and sell them.

@OurLifeInTrees These are the ones I put on my mini ex. I made a 2nd mount on the left side of the boom. One light is pointed lower than the other, created a nice even light pattern. No glaring hot spots.

Just let Dean know what you want and he will send an invoice. You pay a percentage down and they start production. Pay the remainder when it ships out. Awesome! Thank you!
Im just looking at the ground clearance? Looks minimal? Nice unit though.
Thanks. It’s not high. I think about 5 inches from the bottom of the body. I’ll need to go measure to be sure.
@@OurLifeInTrees I like the machine, but for my terrain it would be too low. The underside would scrape all the time.
@@CJMarco-nq1yfMight be. I drove it though the woods and over a bunch of not nice terrain, it did ok, but is happier on smoother terrain.
Oh. I never thought of that. I did not know that. Hmmmm
I think I need one of these maybe over the excavator, will watch some more videos on it.
I prefer the mini skid steer. Love the amount of attachments you can put on them.
@@OurLifeInTrees I also liked that it moves faster. I do like the attachments, I saw your video on the brush cutter and I will need one of those for sure. I havent paid attention to where you are but similar terrain here, I am in NW Washington.
@@Jakereviewsall it’s sooooo much faster!!!
The brush cutter is awesome, I can’t wait to get the mulcher. I’m in Oklahoma.
@@OurLifeInTrees ahh pretty far, I am sure I will see a few more videos. I am just getting a small 3-5 acre property but they are forested. Waiting to hear back for one of them.
This was a great video and highlighted a bunch of the features I'm looking for on one that I haven't been able to find in a single package - triangular tracks, Honda engine, 3 pump hydraulics, air leveling bucket, etc. Can you link me to the guy you worked with to get this specific unit as the other Chinese ones just don't seem as good. Thanks.
Sure no problem Let him know you found him though this video.

Agreed. Next is a V1000 for me. lol.
How much it cost?
How much they are?
Hi I need a recommendation I'm going to try to get one can you give me any advice if order extra parts thank you for the video
I appreciate it. I got some extra hydraulic hoses with mine. Good to have for sure.
What size counter weights do you have? In talking with the company they have a couple options.
They weigh almost 50lbs each.
@@OurLifeInTrees Since I was looking at getting the forstry mulcher they recommended the 90kg weights. I'm nervous spending this much money on something from china, but I could really use a machine like this. I'm enjoying watching you work with it.
@@jimjohnson7257once my mulcher arrives later this month, I’ll upload some testing video on both my 45” and my v1000
I agree. It’s scary to order from China. A lot of money.
Thanks again.
Can you do a review on mammoth machinery skid steers I’ve heard they are good.
Never heard of them. Where are they located?
Excellent video overview!
You've got me wanting one badly...... I've been watching them but the locals are high and not with 3 pumps.
Wow, that’s quite a list. Another one is looks cooler. lol.
It would be cool to compare them side by side!-
What did you pay for everything otd?
The machines was about $8500 shipped to me in Oklahoma and the attachments were another $8k shipped to me.

in your opinion, do i need trade assurance? I'm planning on buying from Dean with a credit card
I didn’t need it nor have I ever encountered anyone who has. Yet it sounds like a good idea to have extra insurance. I used a credit card as well. Also alibaba charges an extra 2.9% to use a credit card.
so is it a push or pull fan on the cooling fan
It pulls from the inside and pushes outside. Blows away from the operator.

Why not buy the KYMRON mini skidster?? Especially since you like the kymron brand .
They were out of stock when I went there.
For my channel I want to review dealer machines, import process from China, and auction machines. Kymron machines are great because they are well sorted out.
I wonder how they compare side-by-side
@@richardlemmon4131 Good question. Would make a great review.
This is super interesting might be a better buy for me than a tractor.
That’s my thoughts as well.
I saw the exact same machine on Amazon without the "Derette" name for about ten grand. Does that sound about right?
Oh wow! I haven’t seen that. I paid $8500 shipped to me, so $10k might be right.
I just searched on Amazon and can’t find it. Do you have a link? Thanks.
Derette is built by Infront
And Infront is built by Derette. Both are brokers for the machines I believe. My salesman with Derette is awesome and would definitely use him over anyone else I have communicated with.
Oh man, this makes me happy. Authenticity is very big for me.
Thank you. I appreciate the feedback.
How do you find parts and service (for everything except the Honda engine)? Thanks!
How well does it do on steep and rough terrain
It seems to do ok on hills, takes some getting used to for sure. I haven’t really don’t much rough terrain, but what I have done seemed good
That thing looks really GOOD! Hope it lasts.
Agreed and agreed! Haha. Thanks.
The questions most have is how much did it cost? How long to get is it shipped to your house?

That thing looks like fun!!
It’s is fun. I’m having a good time finding new stuff to do with it everyday.
It looks like it’s 2 inches off the ground, I have Rocks on my property. Doesn’t look like it’ll work for me or does it raise for better ground clearance?
It has about 4 inches in the front and 5” in the rear.
Hey Okie! Im in Tahlequah. Good video
Oh nice! I have been floating the river over there. It’s beautiful.
Have you considered hooking a firewood processor to this machine? I wonder if it would work?
They sell a log splitter for it. I did think about it but figured I bought enough toys. lol
What is the flow rate in GPM please?
11.9 I was told
Since the hood is perforated for cooling, dirt from load bucket might get in. Humbug. A review good Thanks.
And cost of purchase?
True. Not much to get into. Everything is sealed up front. Hydraulic oil tank, the pumps, and a battery.
The machine was about $8500 shipped to me with a bucket.

Cool! I've never seen a mini, first time for everything. MY QUESTION for you is: how much weight can it pick up with forks or a grapple attachment, if available? I'm looking for something that can lift logs onto a sawmill, roughly/at the most 3000 lbs. Will this handle it?
Think I found my answer...no.
It is supposed to be able to lift up to 1000lbs. I haven’t verified this, but it only weighs 2500lbs, so 3000lbs is out on this machine.
wow...what great collection of toys...any DIYer out there will jealous.
It sure makes like easier! Thanks.

I like the look of the 450 and thought it would be cool for TH-cam. lol
I don’t really need the wheel option, but would like the faster speed.
Are parts, hoses etc. readily available?
Most of the parts are. Engine, pumps, values, etc. hoses can be made at a hydraulic hose shop if needed. As of now, Derette has everything in stock and it can be here within 1 - 2 weeks.
Maybe I missed it. However, how much did this cost (total, including any input and shipping)? Did you have to arrange shipping yourself? If you arranged shipping how much of a hassle was that?
I paid about $8500 shipped to me using DDP which includes everything to my door. You need a forklift to unload it. I also got a crate of attachments which cost another $8k to my door.
Where did you order your mini excavator from and for how much?
The minister I bought from K&R equipment here in Oklahoma. The mini skid I ordered from Derette in China
I bet China will be the first to produce usable walking farm machine in the near future.
Possibly.

Not today, maybe tomorrow. lol
Yeah, I figure that with these machines I can do almost anything that the average homeowner could imagine. And the price for everything is certainly cheaper than a big name American brand.
How do you get it shipped do you have to get a dealer or do they do it all
They did it all.
@OurLifeInTrees ok thank you. Very informative video!
@@OurLifeInTrees I wonder if they would be willing to change the controls to ISO standards? so that the left joy stick controls both tracks forward, backward and left and right. Hmmm. That’s an interesting idea. I will ask.
