I don't know if you guys are aware of how cathartic these episodes are in a world that sorely requires some catharsis. Tony saved me, and millions of others. I needed this in my life right now, and we are all so grateful. Keep them coming!
i paused the video after hearing him say that and juts had to comment i have a real hard time believing this guy killed himself, i dont believe it ,you cant hide this stuff and every show ive seen of him he shows no trait of misery
Thank you so much. Not only for this episode but every episode. Also, the original videos are great. I look forward to every week for a new episode. Again, thank you!
@@americannightmare2109 Yep, but there were so hard to find online. Now there are all in one place and good quality. Also why I complimented their original videos. I know the channel didn't make A Cook's Tour.

Brings me to tears every time I see Tony…. My heart opened up with great joy watching him throughly enjoying himself to the max in this Aussi Aussi Aussi episode. Footnote (Joe Hashum) the poker player Ate with Tony in Las Vegas…. Hope ur looking down on us Tony still enjoying your company😊😊😊
I wish they did this for everything. Get the greatest minds in the region together, get them smashed, and let them talk about innovation and appreciate each other. It would be a better world for it.
I loved all of Tony's shows, he made me marvel at the world he saw and the people he met and on occasion, reminded me that I live on the doorstep of some of the world's great experiences right here in Melbourne
"You remind me of my baker" That comment made me laugh , because it reminded me of my time spent in the hotel industry in Washington DC . Anthony Bourdain will live Forever 😎👍
I live in America and because of General Mills, everyone is afraid of fatty foods, yet will eat all the bread and simple carbs in sight! Very glad I started cooking my own food with clean, organic ingredients around age 18 when I moved to Los Angeles for my music career. Being able to cook is such an important life skill and its a shame a lot of people in the US just eat out instead. Also, being able to keep a garden and greenhouse is another great skill to have so you have the healthiest produce for you and your community. Beats even the best grocery stores' organic produce sections.
Heartbreaking that distasios on Fitzroy st closed recently. I know he has thrown his passion into his cbd restaurant but it doesn’t have the soul the original had.

You said it dude.. he was a true artist
Going through many years of hard times Tony gave me a few hours of peace and calm each day, I cried like I lost a brother when we he left us ❤
❤❤❤
"Life is Good...Im happy" it was great hearing you say it. I hope you found your peace brother. You are a Legend!
At the time of writing, this comment was perhaps criminally, ironic. I miss Tony, badly. The world got less sane when he left it.
I liked that too

Miss this man so much.
Why would you " miss someone so much", who you only know from TV?
Love that worker who was also offering the cheese to the cameraman, lovely fellow
Seeing Anthony Bourdain in my hometown of Melbourne, in 2003, makes me deeply nostaligc.

You can sense the hostility from the bald dude. There was clear, tipsy tension in that air... Great episode!
He is renound for being Bolshey and with recent court cases also handsy; so w issues with female staff
I am enjoying these videos so much. He is so honest and appreciative of the work put into the food. Thank you for making them available

Awesome! Cant wait for the next episode.

I 100% agree with the cheesemaker, sometimes you have to break the law to enjoy yourself.

There's TONS of rules and regulations including a law that didn't allow me to pack my leftovers because they didn't have a takeaway license.

It's astonishing to me that yabbies don't feature more in Aus cuisine. Perhaps not quite as good as lobster/crays but not far off either...
looks like the berlin pact of cooking but wholesome
Every time AB says something like “This is one of those kill-me-now desserts” it hurts… and it happens in every one of these shows. Ouch.
