    Hearing the wind blowing you may look into small wind turbine to supplement any solar.

    • @t.c.4321
      @t.c.4321 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Nope, can't do it. The property is the 'Parc National Normandie Maine' which prohibits the installation of any turbines. There is one on a property in a neiboring village and it never turns because the people didn't check before installing. If they turn it on they will be heavily fined by the council.

    Wonderful that your allowed to buy unpasteurized milk in France. Here in Canada we have the dairy board that controls the milk and how much each farmer produces in turn the prices and it’s only allows the big companies to to buy and pasteurize and ofcourse they removed the nice thick cream so can’t even make our own cream or butter.

    Restoration of this cottage is a wonderful project for viewers to follow! I would love to see you restore all of the buildings as potential B&B's or long term rentals. Monthly rental income would alleviate your financial stress and provide a comfortable retirement for you and Sam. I know you value your privacy, but I'm sure there are renters who are seeking a quiet, low key lifestyle and would respect your space.

    I love cows! I have a life size original painting of two cows in my sitting room, By the wonderful artist Shun Miller from Taddiport, Devon, England, looking straight at you, and I love it! How wonderful to get the raw milk from them. It is good to see you are aware of your safety whilst doing the gardening, and thank goodness you were side saddle on the ride on mower, so you survived, while it went tumbling down the hill! Maybe wear goggles though when strimming, as those brambles are evil, as I am sure you have found out?! We need you here Sean! You work so hard both at yours, and at Bill's Chateau. Thank you for your videos, we love them. Blessings from Jilly & Madge the rescue greyhound, from Devon, England. xxx
