No, the better term would be "Most Accurate" Not "Accurate", GPS speed measurement is most accurate among all meters. it uses the formula speed = Distance/time. The Digital meter is always better than Analog because the Digital meter uses a speed sensor and a microprocessor. The error we see in the digital meter which is not itself meters defect or error but companies themself intensely induced it, to show their vehicle runs faster and gives more mileage but officially they say it's for rider/driver safety. An analog meter is a totally mechanical thing and very prone to mechanical inaccuracy, wear and tear.

Looks like gps speed is not accurate too. Here's why I am saying it. Most manufacturers shows the speed in speedometer a certain fixed percentage above the real speed. Typically that's below 10%. As for the data points shown here, At speedometer showing, # 100 km/h -> error 4% # 150 km/h -> error 6.67% # 160 km/h -> error 7.5% # 170 km/h -> error 7.64% Obviously the percentage is not consistent. This could be due to many reasons such as gps positioning deviations, calculation delays, gps speed not being able to sync up with actual speed when the bike is rapidly accelerating, etc. However, the last percentage numbers are more realistic since the speed doesn't change that fast and there's enough time sync the calculated gps speed with the real speed. So I guess the speedo error is somewhere around 7%
160 on GPS i think it can go upto 180 on speedo and 167 on GPS, that will make GPS top speed same as 390 Duke but the thing is Duke goes to that speed more faster because it has more HP, More Torque and more bigger rear sprocket size overall, for a bike that comes at that cheap price, its a STEAL only bad thing is , from the back and side it looks like 200 CC bike
They might do it on purpose, so you will think that you ride very fast. But the result is showed when you ride with other 400cc bikes...istead of doing this, bajaj need to tune up their bikes to catch up other 400cc.
