What a great dad. If everyone had a dad who loved us and showed us this much encouragement and support, this world would be amazing.

Our son with DS loves to run non-stop at age 6. Give it about a dozen years, and now he can see that this is a possibility for him if he wants to do a triathlon. Thank you to Chris for being the first so that others can follow.

I moved from town to town a lot growing up I used to think people with down syndrome were angels that only I could see I would always wonder how they got to this new town.

My friend has downsyndrome, he was 100kg, but he trained really hard and turned his life around. Now he bought himself an apartment and got married, and is working.
