Oh man I’m so happy you’re enjoying Lonesome Dove so far! And I loved The Black Phone collection. I think I preferred his stories to his dad’s collection Night Shift. Great video as always dude!
@@OddOdieOnline Dude, Lonesome Dove ROCKS! I should’ve listened to all you people earlier but hey at least I got it now! And I got the Joe Hill book idea from your King or the Hill video, actually. I was skeptical about Hill but then I watched your video and thought what the hell so now I’ve got it lined up as well. Thanks for watching!
Omg!😂😂😂 I was just writing down the questions... then stopped because I wasn't sure if I would get to it, saved it to my list of "other folks tags" Playlist, when I heard my name! Lol Okay, if I don't get to it this first half of January, it will be a priority for the last half of December. Thank you for tagging me!
@@amy_harboredinpages That’s funny 😄! But no pressure for doing it. Tags are completely flexible and optional. But I will look out for your take on this.
Hi Trav. Great job with this tag! Kevin created a wonderful tag here. I love your responses. My version of this one is coming out on Tuesday. Oh definitely give Old Man and the Sea a try. It’s so short that even if you aren’t really liking it, you can finish it in a couple hours. It’s the first Hemingway novel I read, in maybe 10th grade, I think. It’s a simple story and a great intro to the “Hemingway Code hero.” I’ve taught it a few times as well. It’s not my favorite Hemingway novel, but it’s a lovely book. I adore the Richard Osman books. I really wish I could join all of you on Lonesome Dove, but I’m kind of overbooked now, but that is one I really want to read too. Great job, Trav. Really enjoyed your responses. Happy New Year, my friend. 😊
@@BookChatWithPat8668 And a very Happy New Year to you as well, ma’am! I look forward to your version of the tag. Yes, Kevin did a great job. I loved how challenging he made it. I enjoy tags that really push me to think and really reflect and even get creative at times. I appreciate your advice for the Hemingway, I will definitely keep that in mind. I wish you were reading Lonesome Dove with us as well. But I understand about being overbooked, certainly, we all go through that at times lol. But so far I can tell you it is an absolutely delightful, enrapturing read! I can’t wait to finish it with fellowship read and whenever you do get to read it I already know I’m ready to hear your thoughts!
Hey, I appreciate you doing the tag, and I really like your answers! Hemingway definitely seems to be one of those "love him or hate him" authors. I would give the advice to think metaphorically with The Old Man and the Sea, but you'd probably pick up on that anyway. 😁 It sounds like you're blazing through Lonseone Dove. And you've made me curious about "The Book That Wouldn't Burn." Hope your new year is off to a great start! And by the way, I doubt I'll ever be a heavy maker of tag videos, so there's not much chance of being constantly bombarded from this corner. 😁
@@BryanM.R.-prionic1 Thank you for tagging me, it turned out to be fun. I love challenging questions in these tags and Kevin really did good on that with this! Thanks also for the advice on Hemingway. I’ll keep that in mind. Lonesome Dove is indeed rocking my world right now. The Book That Wouldn’t Burn is epic! And don’t worry about the tag videos lol. Knowing me? I’ll probably break down and do them here and there. I’ll probably need the content quota lol.

@@jimsbooksreadingandstuff You’re right, I’ll probably give in to book tags here and there lol. And I loved the Richard Osman Thursday Murder Club! It is a fascinating series.
The Mark Lawrence sounds amazing, must search this series out, you have me very curious. Ah, I am slowly buying lego sets to share with my two gorgeous little grandkids, & I'm having a blast with it - forgotten how enjoyable the whole experience is. You made this a really fun video - very, very engaging.
@@apoetreadstowrite Thank you, sir, I’m glad you enjoyed it. I have always loved Lego sets. I feel like they are not only relaxing but help me level out my mental state if my anxiety gets too heavy.
