Yes it's different in other cultures/countries and the observation that our capitalist system (& Citizens United) means that business sets the policy and if the shareholder isn't growing their wealth the CEO is out! Science has to rule because then you get pseudo care like astrology, acupuncture, etc. What is clear and you are not teaching is the success rates (like life expectancy) is failing but if I donate a million dollars to your campaign, you will write the bill to benefit my special interest, ie the most important part of the digestive system, dental for example. They system is broken and you aren't helping, IMHO. Lawson
