- Cassie is finally speaking out following her allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs and the recent release of the 2016 video showing Combs physically assaulting her. The singer took to Instagram on Thursday to express gratitude for the support she has received in recent weeks and months saying, "The outpouring of love has created a place for my younger self to settle and feel safe now, but this is only the beginning. Domestic Violence is THE issue. It broke me down to someone I never thought I would become. With a lot of hard work, I am better today, but I will always be recovering from my past."

This story is beyond comprehension. It happens silently everyday. So many women are dying at the hands of their perpetrators. 10 years of this sounds inconceivable. We will never understand the loss she has felt. I’m glad she got out. So many do not. Blame is definitely not the stance to take. The statistics say it takes a woman 7 attempts before she is able to leave an abusive relationship. All too often they end up being killed at the hands of their perpetrators. More empathy, more understanding, less blame for the genuine victims of DV.
She is forever bless it took all the strength left in her body to keep going in life she very bless so glad she got the mind of a person not to give up she is the voice for a lot of women. Her strength her encouragement is heard . I see why a mf! be jealous of her she absolutely beautiful but a man tho
That girl is little as hell he strong much bigger then her to do that break my heart and angry no women should be treated like that by no man !
