- Final episode of the Cool Down ⬇️ Catch Up ⬆️ Week 23, has come down to this! My race recap and course overview of the 2024 San Juan Solstice 50 Mile Run in Lake City, Colorado! 50 mile ultramarathon in the HEART of the San Juan Mountains!! Beautiful and challenging course, flooded with spectacular views and humans! Thank you to all who have followed along with the CDCU series over the past 23 weeks, leading to this race! Thank you to all who are new to the channel as well! Hope you enjoy!
nice work! was honored to build the first ever climbing wall for the kids of Lake City in the late 80's...Lake City is awesome!

Glad you had such a great support crew. Thanks for sharing. Sure makes me wish I was a young runner again. I had my day, still having them gravel biking, hiking and lifting. Hope this makes you feel great about yourself, it should. One heck of a job and accomplishment. Say hello to Adam and Renae.

Congratulations on achieving your goal. I followed you for many hours to see how you were doing. I will miss the Cool Down Catch up weekly episodes. So I will do summer reruns. Loved the views of the run in your video.
