I have been going through a loss and suffering from severe panic attacks for the past week. Nothing could calm me, I had fallen off my wagon of daily spiritual practice, been eating the most unhealthy foods, breaking my own heart for people who won't honor it, I listened to a lot of loud music and calming tones to shut the voices in my head but I can't explain how, this steady rhythm is strangely soothing with this sense of empowerment that I'm not alone. You are not alone. I can relate, is a long story but just know, I read the message in a bottle you threw out into the ocean of pain that life can sometimes be. I care and hope it helps to know that so many others feel the same and wonder if they are alone too at times, especially lately. I am recovering from a TBI that injured my pineal gland. This has all the sort of dead parts of my body tingling. I have never come across such frequencies put in a specific harmony. This is extremely powerful,been listening to it for almost 2 years it never failed to put the RESET on. Peace
Sure, however, while it may use 963 or 369hz to decalcify the Pineal Gland, you do not really tend to notice it. The user mentions that it puts the reset on, telling me they FEEL the reset. The conclusion is therefore that what they are feeling is the 432hz happiness hormones, as this sudden boost in mood can feel refreshing since it has an effect similar to that of being on drugs, making you feel high. especially when you got a bad night's sleep, as the happiness boost will contrast with feeling down in the dumps, providing a result feeling similar to that of if your brain had a factory reset.
However, on the other hand, 369hz may be different, as what they said was that it "never fails to put the reset on", and the usage of "never" means that even if they, for example, did it for 3 weeks and listened to this every day for the 3 weeks, then on the first day, even though they never previously had any experiences with decalcifying the Pineal Gland, they would still feel the effects.

Out of all the other simulation videos, this has worked the best for me. Everytime I meditate while listening to this I can feel the vibration quite strongly at my 3rd eye. I strongly recommend this video.
Don't activate your pineal or higher chakras unless you have a solid spiritual grounding, there are NO shortcuts. I tried to take these shortcuts 10 years ago and it exposed me to negative entities, sleep paralysis, possession, clairaudience etc. Ground yourself first, start from the root chakra and work your way up, don't start from the top or you'll be severely ungrounded and therefore vulnerable to forces you cannot even imagine. Do not treat spiritual enlightenment like a hobby, pursue it sensibly with restraint and discipline and you will grow immensely, but you will sabotage yourself if you pursue this path for the wrong reasons.

Now I don't use any aids, no binaurals, just unguided meditation. All the audios do is invite entities, every time I use them. A lot of people don't even know they exist so they spend their whole lives with attachments and are misdiagnosed with ailments they don't have.

I tried this last night. Laying in bed. My mind usually races, so I tried to focus and clear my mind and listen to the sounds and I could feel vibrations on my face and I could see it, with my eyes closed. i also saw white light fading in and out. Also had some slight pressure (like a minor headache). I fell into a deep sleep.. this stuff is incredible.

I find the best technique for me is to close your eyes and try to imagine a candle but at the same time try not to think of anything sounds hard but just focus on a candle in your mind I also listen with headphones and deep base seems to work it's best also after you feel like your getting the hang of it try and move your energy from the centre of your brain to the front between your eye brows that's when you realise you may have been living with your eyes closed. @@iamdannita Faith and detachment are two major keys to performing any healing process both for ourselves and others successfully. Give the healing (in whatever form) to others, then detatch from the result. That's ancient knowledge. That affirmation can be easily changed to a couple positive ones, for example "I am a beacon of spiritual Light and Love for others" and "I am detached from results of healing I give others". See how that maintains the positive creative force without self-limitation? Affirmations should always build bridges not walls.

I've meditated to this quite a few times but this is the first time I've felt like a ball of hot energy in each hand that was making them vibrate, what sounded like people singing in the background and then I was disturbed with the vibrations of footsteps above and I tried to tell myself that I'd got it wrong but then I felt like someone was near me and then my dog kept looking up at the ceiling as if something was there and then got up and climbed onto the settee. One of the few times the images in my head have been so clear. Strange meditation that was anyway!!!
@@guyeshel9316 if your 3rd eye is activated (or some activation) you will be able to see energy in the dark.. it's like tornados in the air.. it's in each room same thing.. different dimensions go through each other and in some cases enties are around you and they are aware you're doing some research and you have an open mind. So this thing that happened to this person must be an entity who tried to get attention too. you have to be careful when it happens... some entities stick and they will walk on your bed to get attention. Ask right away protection or removal from the angels. Better safe than sorry
That's cause it's boring as shit...the human mind is only geared to pay attention t the same sound for three minutes ..after that it either tunes out or shuts off. (Ie, sleep)
Many years ago in my early 20s, i saw a spiral spinning with my mind's eye while lying on my bed. After spinning for a while, images would appear. The spiral was there for nearly two months i was scared and asked to close this sight. Now i can still see white light spinning anti clockwise or clockwise when i closed my eyes. I am not scared now and pray to see images again.
I have been looking for these frequencies for a long time. More than 4 years ago I had a type of spiritual contact, so to speak, I was inside a tube of violet light, literally, I was not asleep, I was meditating, alone, comfortable, and that tube filled me with so much peace. What I got out of there I remember were some dogs barking and very loud noises that seemed to be inside my house, when I suspended everything to go see, I could no longer connect. then I lost the tones with which I meditated, I had been looking for them so much and I think that, like everyone on this planet, this awakening is happening (I already have it, only I also want to go further), and you want to vibrate higher... and I knew that these tones are the ones he occupied. Try with others. but it wasn't the same...and I had them saved in my mail in the drafts, and reviewing I found them. Thanks. I have been going through a loss and suffering from severe panic attacks for the past week. Nothing could calm me, I had fallen off my wagon of daily spiritual practice, been eating the most unhealthy foods, breaking my own heart for people who won't honor it, I listened to a lot of loud music and calming tones to shut the voices in my head but I can't explain how, this steady rhythm is strangely soothing with this sense of empowerment that I'm not alone. I care and hope it helps to know that so many others feel the same and wonder if they are alone too at times, especially lately. I am recovering from a TBI that injured my pineal gland. This has all the sort of dead parts of my body tingling. I had to relearn to walk and talk and write and to stuff to oom. I am so proud of you that you are walking!!👏 Keep healing my friend. I am on a feeding tube because the slot in my brain lesion also controls my ability to swallow properly so my little flappy thing in the my throat is broken and goes in my lungsm but that's ok!nfood is overrated anyway!😆 Do you have to have a feeding tube too?this high frequency music has really helped me a whole bunch!! Don't activate your pineal or higher chakras unless you have a solid spiritual grounding, there are NO shortcuts. Now I don't use any aids, no binaurals, just unguided meditation. All the audios do is invite entities, every time I use them. A lot of people don't even know they exist so they spend their whole lives with attachments and are misdiagnosed with ailments they don't have.

I find the best technique for me is to close your eyes and try to imagine a candle but at the same time try not to think of anything sounds hard but just focus on a candle in your mind I also listen with headphones and deep base seems to work it's best also after you feel like your getting the hang of it try and move your energy from the centre of your brain to the front between your eye brows that's when you realise you may have been living with your eyes closed. Besides, we CAN and always should do our best to help others to change themselves for the better and open up to their Higher Nature through mental and spiritual healing, especially prayer when done correctly. Without healers holding the Light on this Earth, humanity would've been doomed long ago. Spiritual service to others is vital in these days.

@@iamdannita Faith and detachment are two major keys to performing any healing process both for ourselves and others successfully. Give the healing (in whatever form) to others, then detatch from the result. That's ancient knowledge. That affirmation can be easily changed to a couple positive ones, for example "I am a beacon of spiritual Light and Love for others" and "I am detached from results of healing I give others". See how that maintains the positive creative force without self-limitation? Affirmations should always build bridges not walls.
@@thesoulfoodbuffet Yeah! I like more the positive affirmations too! 💯 But something that I have learnt very well is that we are not here to heal Nobody by ourselves. We can lead by example and guide others to their healing process but we can not heal them. That’s not our work here.

I've meditated to this quite a few times but this is the first time I've felt like a ball of hot energy in each hand that was making them vibrate, what sounded like people singing in the background and then I was disturbed with the vibrations of footsteps above and I tried to tell myself that I'd got it wrong but then I felt like someone was near me and then my dog kept looking up at the ceiling as if something was there and then got up and climbed onto the settee. One of the few times the images in my head have been so clear. Strange meditation that was anyway!!!

@@guyeshel9316 if your 3rd eye is activated (or some activation) you will be able to see energy in the dark.. it's like tornados in the air.. it's in each room same thing.. different dimensions go through each other and in some cases enties are around you and they are aware you're doing some research and you have an open mind. So this thing that happened to this person must be an entity who tried to get attention too. you have to be careful when it happens... some entities stick and they will walk on your bed to get attention. Ask right away protection or removal from the angels. Better safe than sorry

That's cause it's boring as shit...the human mind is only geared to pay attention t the same sound for three minutes ..after that it either tunes out or shuts off. (Ie, sleep)
Many years ago in my early 20s, i saw a spiral spinning with my mind's eye while lying on my bed. After spinning for a while, images would appear. The spiral was there for nearly two months i was scared and asked to close this sight. Now i can still see white light spinning anti clockwise or clockwise when i closed my eyes. I am not scared now and pray to see images again.
This helped with my frustration and anxiety a little bit, i will keep using it.

I have been looking for these frequencies for a long time. What I got out of there I remember were some dogs barking and very loud noises that seemed to be inside my house, when I suspended everything to go see, I could no longer connect. then I lost the tones with which I meditated, I had been looking for them so much and I think that, like everyone on this planet, this awakening is happening (I already have it, only I also want to go further), and you want to vibrate higher... and I knew that these tones are the ones he occupied. Try with others. but it wasn't the same...and I had them saved in my mail in the drafts, and reviewing I found them. Thanks.
