I watch this video a lot. This was the one match of Capcup SF4 where it looked like one player was on a completely different level than the other. Tokido has years of experience working with S tier though.
I'll at least give it to Chris G. He was the only one who got 2 rounds on Sako. Sako beat everyone else 3-1 or 3-0.
Where's the guy who's supposed to comment sf4 being waaay better than sfv. He hasn't done it here so please inform him.

Lol, what's with all the saltiness in the comment section? Have you all lost to Chris G Morrigan copies online, or what is the reason for all that "hate" towards G? Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of spamming either, but why won't you just man up and take it? If you don't like it, find a way around it. As far as I know mindless spamming never got anyone far and G definitely does not just spam without thinking, if you watch his UMVC matches, you'll notice. He did bad, yes, but not everyone can be awesome in every game. Besides, Marvel and SF are waaaaaaaay different. If he want's to try it, let him. He was good enough to get there at least.

I think its mostly because he has little experience against players outside of the Usa. Justin and Rog, mostly Justin, have had lots of experience and decent success against non us players. Anyway, Tokido showed how Chris still needs to lvl up.

chris has the talent to be there he just defeated himself. you can tell by the way he was playing. like others said once he gets used to playing people outside of his comfort zone he could do wonders.

His marvel skills are on a whole different levek he has been a top marvel player for years now. And yes tokido did body him but you can see in his play he was nervous and defeated himself mentally.
Chris G is very passionate. He clearly wants to be the best. Too bad buddy, not gonna happen. Not when Sako, Daigo and Tokido are there.

I dont know anything about him, but it seems like he switched from marvel to sf, and it seems like getting bodied by tokido is a blow to his pride. This seems kinda dickish at least to me since if i were to get my ass kicked by tokido’s classic-costume akuma i would be over the moon, instead of all depressed that i wasnt able to kill the street fighter

Chris has good frame trap game. He just got very bad reads in this match. Also, not discounting how on point is Tokido's Akuma.
Chris could get much better in evo2014.

Além de Tokido ser um gigante, a diferença técnica entre Akuma e Sakura é grande demais também: Ele lança magia e automaticamente já fica em condições de fazer um anti-aéreo ou algo assim. Absurdo demais!
O akuma tem um jogo de magia melhor em comparação com a sakura além de ser um dos melhores shotos do sf4 repectivamente nl usf4 mas,o foco do akuma são seus mixups que são extremamente fortes,além disso nessa versão ele tem setups indevensaveis ou seja vc tem um otimo mind game,a sakura em geral não tem um bom jogo de magia mas seu jogo e focado em mixups e seus combos de alto dano,nessa match tokido mostrou uma performace solida de como o akuma pode ser destrutivo
Por parte o maior problema e que a sakura não se recupera rapido da sua magia e não tem um anti-aereo invencivel um shoryuken igual do ryu por exemplo,ela tem o baixo soco forte mas e pouco confiavel

+Jesse Howell fireball + uppercut + tatsu is usually all a character needs to be counted as a shoto.
+Jesse Howell not even her uppercut has no invincibility, her fireball doesn't even go fullscreen and her normals work entirely differently as compared to typical shoto characters

There is a Ken's quote in this game where he says the absolute truth "natural ability is great, but it is need hard work to use it". Chris IS a talented player but he never realised somethings (at least in sf4). In this game, there are a very few characters you can rely only on them (Akuma is one of them, Sakura is NOT). I mained Sakura a long time, and I never surpassed B rank, I lost to a lot of worse players because of the match. So I trained some alts (a Rose for shotos, a Juri, a Bison) and I reached A rank, never again losing to scrubs. Chris just did not understand that, sadly. Even Uryo, the legendary Sakura, had alts.
