Nice. I have one myself. Race it at my local indoor carpet track every Saturday. Note, you could use the stock radio with the new BL combo, but you have to get the 4 channel ProBoat receiver from Horizon. Takes a few tries to bind up but gets the job done. I use my Radiolink radio with mine no issues. I use it with all of my cars. I use the same combo from amazon, but branded as King Val, 35A esc, 6100kv motor. After a 5 minute race, esc and motor gets really hot so I would watch the esc and motor temps on your 7200kv combo. Yea the stock brushed mini b wouldn't clear anything on that 1/8 track. But with that new BL system, yes it is pretty fast and clears the jumps. But on a huge dirt 1/8 track like that, I think the mini b would break more as the track is very harsh, and also depends on your driving. Yes the ball cup popping issue is very popular. I have it all the time. Thats why I spray painted my dogbones orange so I can see it on a black/grey carpet track. Lol.
Did you mean the 3ch Horizon receiver? I have a brushed mini-T on order and exploring options for brushless if/when I decide Ludakris speed is a desired option.

ah, i see you have been bitten by the MINI bug as well, i picked up a few of these last month and they are so much fun! i have the mini-t that already had a brushless system and damn they move! i think they do something like 35-37mph. i def need a gyro and some clay tires for my local track, i could barely get it around the circuit on the pinwheels and no assist
The dynamite system is discontinued. But still might be able to find. They replaced it with the Spektrum 2 in1 which is the same thing as the dynamite, but 5 dollars more expensive.
I have one myself. Pretty good if you want to save space and weight on the chassis/car. The only problem is that the wires come unsoldered from the end bell way to easily. Had to have my LHS solder it all back up (positive battery wire, on'/off switch wire)
i did the dynamite 2n1 brushless to mine, so much better now.
You can't find those anymore 😢 only the spektrum 2in1

Thanks for the tip, might have to paint it orange too 😄

How has it held up so far?
Hell ya brother! I want to get a minib pro roller so bad but can't find enough people to race with during off season.
Would you mind dropping the links to the controller and the batteries you use? It would be a huge help.
I got you man 👍

Yea they are pretty addicting and fun, the brushless sure is fun on it 😄
Yeah they fly, just be sure to secure your spring cups. They will fly off if you cartwheel it.. which tends to happen as you already know.
Hey HRCR in Hayden has a mini B/T class in their Wednesday night series lots of minis out there just picked one up for my son!
Could you please leave a link for the brushless system you used?
Sure thing, 7200KV Brushless Motor a.co/d/crtGICx
@@FortekNine Your awesome! Thank you
Nice, I did the dynamite brushless system in mine!
How is it holding up? I was thinking getting the dynamite system

There is a Furitek BL combo too for the Mini B/T
@@FortekNine it does wheelies pretty easy 30 mph
Makes me wanna take the typhon out to the track 👍
typhon is a beast
Love the scale and look of this car. It would be perfect for a smaller indoor track.
Too bad Horizon's Losi presence here in EU is sketchy at best :(
I just picked up a 2 of the brushless rtr mini bs. Are you running a gyro? If so can you recommend one?
Dumbo rc 6 channel radio with x6fg receiver is a really good budget gyro controller
I wonder if I’ve ever seen you out there 😂
I dont go out there often but maybe you have 😁
