Engine.ini file with comments to disable whatever you want.

Installation
1. Download the mod.
2. Go to AppData\Local\OPP\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
3. Replace your Engine.ini with the mod's.
Notes
You can remove whatever line you want in case you want some of the effects enabled. If you want to recover your Engine.ini deleting it and launching the game will regenerate the default one.
