Love the way you broke down the 5 Ws and an H framework for elicitation! It's such a simple yet effective approach. Do you have any tips for handling situations where stakeholders don't provide clear answers, even when prepped? Thank you!

Five whys is good for this. Ask "why" multiple times in response to an answer. This technique helps peel back layers of responses to get to the root cause or a more detailed understanding of the issue.

Excellent overview of the 5 Ws and H framework for requirements elicitation! I like how you've tailored it to different criteria categories. It truly makes the process feel more structured and complete. Definitely a good way for ensuring you don't overlook any important details. Thank you for sharing this!

This was quite helpful to watch! The 5 Ws and a H technique is a very useful framework for keeping things organized, especially when there is a lot of information to acquire. I appreciate how you separated the types of questions for each criterion group. How do you deal with scenarios in which stakeholders provide ambiguous or incomplete responses when formulating questions? TIA!

Thanks for the feedback! In terms of your question, ask follow-up questions to dig deeper. This helps uncover the specifics behind vague responses and guides the conversation toward clarity.
