In the manga the names of character are another story(i don’t know why english manga have to switch it despite the names of characters are both English) BLUE is really Green (Your rival) and Green is really Blue(Female character) as u C the name of FRLG game freak intend to make Green(blue in english) to be your rival while these two versions of the games are counterpart. LG doesn’t refer to female character but it’s your rival

If I had to pick it would definitely be charmander. Not because I like charmander but because I’ve always felt connected to fire (ironically I work as a firefighter) and that charmeleon looks really cool and charizard is the coolest of the 3 fully evolved forms. However if they were to stay in their starter stages, like in the Let’s Go Eevee and Pikachu games, I would definitely pick bulbasaur because he’s the cutest of the 3. Unfortunately I don’t really like how he develops as he evolves. Ivysaur and venasaur are neither cool nor cute. And I never liked squirtle. He’s just not my thing. At all.

Blastoise wasn’t Squirtle’s original final form. We know this from the beta backsprites. That’s why Wartortle has ear tufts and Blastoise doesn’t.
