Thanks for sharing your golden tips Shay! Noticed that 10:00/10:30 to 11:00 dip buy opportunity a lot more during the mid 2020's with the bull markets but much less so this year. Always, always keep a strict risk management plan. Happy trading :)

My primary play this year is the O5MR (Opening 5-Minute Range). Look for >1% gapper that pops and drops in the first 15-minutes. Mark the levels of the first 5-min candle, along with key areas from previous day and/or longer term. One of my rules is that I can't enter until at least 10:06am. A lot of times it'll be a little later (say, 10:15-10:30ish; "The Golden Dip Buying Time", although I'm looking specifically for an undercut/rally or bounce off support) but this allows the charts to set levels for the day and allows me to not get caught up in opening nonsense. Can really give great R/R. I miss swing trading, but just this one day-play has kept me profitable this year (and it's similar to how I enter some swing trades). That's neither here nor there, though...Thanks for the video. May the Dip be with you.

Yes, been buying dips at that time for a while now. Gap up at 9:30 then fade and then pull up around 11 again. Works fairly well for small caps as well.

I tested Buy the Dip Strategy on NVDA 10.30-11.00am, enter trade and existed the trade at $154. It works. Great! Thanks for the video.
That is not a "strategy"....you'll figure it out soon. She left a lot of information out as in most YT "free education" videos.

Buy the Dip!!! I have just started trading in April 2022 and I learned this little nugget on my own last week when I noticed the bounce occurs around 10:15 - 10:30 to 11:00am in addition to indicators. It has helped me to be more profitable, thanks for sharing

There's always been a rumor about best times to buy and sell during the day, mostly surrounding the Eastern USA time zone and the lunch "hour" for Wall Street traders. Kind of like the Red Lipstick and Hemline indicators, they work until they dont.
I agree with your comments about the time of the day for buying the dip and not to buy break out in this market. 👌

When trading large caps that are heavily influenced by /ES futures you see the strong moves after 10:30 to 11:00 due to the fact the auction might be breaking out of initial balance high/low. If it stays outside IBH/IBL it indicates large parties actively involved past the hour mark and could be the start of a trend day

I've looked at buying the small cap stocks thinking there are always enough of those to go around during turbulent markets, I didn't realize how hard those are to trade practically and emotionally, lol. I've done well with large caps however I was missing a couple pieces of the puzzle that you feel in nicely such as timing and paying MORE attention to the support and resistance. Thanks again!!

buy the dip... yes yes more videos like this! thanks as always for keeping it real and giving great insights to the in's and out's of day trading! btw liked a lot two videos of yours from a while ago: one on key readings/books (there were a couple i didnt know so thank you!) and also one on the different kinds of players and their psychology at diff times of a name moving (how and when diff types of traders come in and why). Was super interesting. I wonder how that works now in bear market situation? Thanks again
i have an idicator for large caps and small caps that shows which one is out performing on day .... works great to help with realizing if small caps out performing Large caps usually the moves are unsustained on day
