i have 100 mbps of upload speed . bt while im streaming in vmix it lag

Thanks for stopping by. 100mbps is just enough for a smooth streaming!! When streaming, if it shows a steady yellow color, it means it's a network issue, but if it shows red on a steady bases, it means your network is good.
Outside that you may want to consider, the following
1. The graphic of the system
2. The hard drive of the system ( if the hard drive is weak, it can contribute to it as well .)
3. Too much work load on the system.
