I know how the workload here be. During deadlines the work volume would be insane and un predictable. I just completed my deadlines and last week of deadline I worked 103 hrs and from July I continue to work all Saturday and Sundays on average I use to work 70 to 80 hrs per week. So it's not about men or women stress. It's for everyone.
