I know you made this a while ago but I have done so many quest by victor and I still have not got the star mail
Yeah I have heard this is an issue, I'm not really sure what to suggest beyond making sure you've done the main story/upgrades and such, since that can be a problem. Hope you get it fixed soon!

But I play on the ps4 and I dont have the ll craker so I probly can't go in his workshop
The only thing I can suggest is to make sure you've finished the rest of the game first, as I had when I did this. If this doesn't work and you followed the guide to the letter, maybe contact Monomi Park or look around on google, since it seems to be a glitch

I’ve been giving this dude slimes for a whole week and still haven’t unlocked the lab
Yeah I've heard this before, it has to be a specific task to unlock this, the rest won't. Also I would recommend making sure you have the full main game finished off before trying this. Beyond that, I'm not really sure what to suggest

@@thevioletvoid5691 As far as I know it would be the one shown in the video. Be sure to check your mail after finishing to see if he's sent you a letter unlocking the lab too
i completed 9 times victor's call but anything is coming i am playing on 1.4.2
That's strange, it can be random but it should have come up at this point. Might be worth reaching out to Monomi Park at this point, or looking around online to see if this is a common problem and if there are any ideas on fixing it
You need to unlock the Ruins, the lab and the treasure cracker Mk II. Then it will work.

@@user-hi3108 Oh and by the way to get Tresure Cracker II you need energy boost II and HP boost II (Also pretty sure you need to construct 20 gadgets too) . And of course the Treasure cracker I. Reson im mentioning the first one is because you can only get that after constructing a gadget.
But don't worry too much about it, you'll get there like I did. It just takes time.

How do you get the treshure think mk.2?
Just read in the fandom wiki.
For you:
The Treasure Cracker MKII allows you to open Blue Pods and will become available after the MKI Upgrade is purchased and a total of 20 Gadgets have been crafted in The Lab. It costs 9,000 
So basicly just craft some pumps, drills or apiaries with plorts and place them to get resourcrs you need anyways to craft teleporters and such stuff.
