    Hi Daniel,
    Where would you recommend getting new hardware for the EJ-DE, having abit of trouble in Ireland on finding parts and would be great to have a source!

      Amayama have a bit of stuff for the Toyota duet (Daihatsu sirion) but also the Malaysian market. Just be careful who you buy from.

    Hi does the cam position sensor have a o ring?

      The cam has the 3+1 trigger wheel at the front the crank nose that’s the only cam sensor.

      Custom ones from Waggott cams in nsw but sadly they have closed down now but there is another place Clive cams which can do them as well

    What is this rod bolt mod you speak of and what is the motivation behind it?

    • @danielcooper8426
      @danielcooper8426  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I went to stronger rod bolts to give it more strength and help it to rev.

    • @fredio54
      @fredio54 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@danielcooper8426 Sure, but how do you know they're stronger if they're the same size? Or did you bore out the rod caps and rods?

    • @danielcooper8426
      @danielcooper8426  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nah so I didn’t bore them out but they are arp bolts for a 4g63 in the specifications they said that where 3x stronger then standard 4g63 bolts. The standard bolts tapered down where as these new bolts where a lot tighter fit the whole length and higher tensile strength.

      Any 4g63 8mm bolt will work you will just have to clear the oil pan a little.
