@@4f52 I don't think it mattered in the slightest if they were or weren't. The difference in decks was too big. The mage had no bad cards with like 10 of them being class cards. Even if the mage picked an 8/8 instead of Ysera, Trump still loses to Water Elemental Beatdown from the Deep Freeze since his deck had absolutely zero gas left.
It’s actually probably correct for the mage to pick those cards blind. The cards they picked were crimson hothead, circus amalgam, and ysera. All those dragons are fine stats for their cost and more importantly they all have 4 attack. (The hothead only after a spell) 4 attack has always been a tricky stat for priest to deal with because shadow word pain/death/ruin/horror all miss. When discovering cards against priest it is actually good practice to get 4 attack minions. That mage should probably make the same choices regardless of whether they were sniping or not so I think that is pretty weak evidence they were sniping.
I think Silas is phrased this way because some of the target audience wouldn't know what clockwise/counter clockwise means... But this way/that way isn't better since it's confusing to anyone who hasn't used it before

He should have just taken the manafeeder panther instead of the whatever the heck the name is shadowweaver something. Both can be a 2 mana 2/3 if needed, but the panther might draw a card. Like when he played it at 6:30 in the first game. Would have just gotten a free extra card.
I agree in most cases panthera is better value, weaver isn’t strictly worse. Like Trump said at 24:56, it could appear as a game losing threat to the opponent because they don’t know if you have synergy or not, so they could waste resources. Also, hysteria could work sometimes. But yeah, panthera still guarantee good.

You play often Arena? I did like 15 times and mostly had epic thrash deck and rarely op decks. For me it's casino and not worth the time. I once had a tier 2 demon hunter and it wasn't even fun couse it was so brocken op in arena
