It's weird. I don't like watching anyone except Trump play Arena, but I enjoy watching him play Arena more than I do watching him play Constructed.
Honestly, seeing Trump play the Solo Adventures is my favorite format.

drafting a reno deck where reno is the worst card in the deck is the ultimate bm.
Not the worst card, but definitely the least relevant. The only game where it would have been great, he never drew it. Bard is absolutely a worse card in the deck though.
To be fair, I think he could have used it better. He should have hero powered every chance he got and went face constantly. Using the hero power serves to do damage and save resources, and along with going face, he can afford to take damage because he can just Reno in the end.
@@augustgreig9420 Absolutely not. Going face doesn't then lead the opponent to go face against you. It leads to your opponent taking the more efficient trades that you left open, trying to gain control of the board. When you're being rushed down by face, your objective is to survive, as you're already at least 1 turn down in the face race. You won't win it. So under your plan, reno would be even more worthless as he has no board control ability, just a survival ability. He was what you play when your opponent goes face.

Well he was playing on a new account for some reason, so of course he was gonna get matched with worse players.
@@MsLucho1998 he wasnt playing on a new account. Otherwise he wouldnt have the golden hunter class. Guess he just first played again after the updates to arena, thats why the innkeeper was telling him how it is done... and it worked
Loldemord he was playing on a new account as part of the Twitch Rivals competition. I believe the account was provided by Blizzard which is why it had all golden cards.

why is played winrate useless? seems like a pretty good indicator of how well a particular card does. if you win more often when you play it than you lose, doesnt that imply that it's a good card?
Drawn winrate is the important statistic, played winrate produces really misleading resuilts, a card like leeroy will always have areally high played winrate because you only play it for lethal generally, even if the card actually sucks in most games
Played winrate is overinflated for lethal/finisher/combo cards.

I love how he gets opponents that only hero power at 3-0 and I get a golden druid that killed me on turn 8 with casual double swipe (used another swipe earlier too) and a golden warlock that shits out AoE like it's nothing at 1-1 and the very next game at 1-2. Fucking unreal dude. Fucking unreal

Hey the most underrated treasure is the cursed cards I got the treasure for heroic anomaly mode heist ch 3 with random Murdock's I beat the whole run with cursed cards cause my tech n death deck was beating em into the ground never playing that mode on heroic again I beat Torino guards with 15 hp to spare
I still think 12 wins should give WAY MORE REWARDS.

It's an app that shows both lightforge and heartharena stats, but I don't know the name - I thought it no longer worked, because Lightforge had cracked down on 3rd party apps using their stats. Apparently not though.

He's on a new account. New accounts get a matchmaking bias in arena for the first few runs where they try to pair you with other new players aswell.
Because it's new account so he is paired with newbies. Also NA arena is weaker in comparison to europe. I played on europe this season around 130 runs - infinite - and never had even half such, sorry for word, idiots. I was just disgusted from what i saw but yeah +1 to number of losses and newbie match-making (you CAN'T hit infinite player as well if there is any other possible matchmaking with brand new account) makes it understandable.
To be honest there aren't that many good arena players right now anyway. I'm speaking from europe perspective don't know how it is on other servers but around half of infinite players just from couple months ago aren't playing anymore. Overall skill level at arena dropped a lot in last times...
I really miss those battles against good old stagers at 8+ wins where you both knew heavylifting is coming and kept track of score between each other =d

To your 0 attack poisonous enemy minion question: nope! Poisonous only works if the poisonous minion deals damage. Same principle applies if you attack a poisonous minion with your own divine shield minion: since your minion took no damage due to the divine shield, your minion would not die. Fun facts!

Trump!!! There are so many situations where you should've hit face with the spear and used the 1/1 to hit the minion instead of hitting the minion with the spear and letting the 1/1 live. I know it never came back to bite you, but it didn't seem like you ever considered it as an option.

It has nothing to do with EU or NA, it's all to do with the fact that Trump made a new account for this run. Your first few arena runs you are guaranteed to play against other new players, so they're obviously very easy if you're not new yourself.

Matchmaking in your first arena run assumes that you have one more loss than you actually have, but you are not matched up against other new players any more than you would have been otherwise.

@@MrFarmerWiesiu and I play on EU and approximately 3 out of the first 6 wins in every run are basically free wins because people don't know how to play Arena (or Hearthstone as a whole).
'Pepega plays' as you call them are a fixture of all three servers.

It's not smurfing, the point is to level a new account, not to pubstomp. It is unfortunately a necessary step to beginning new accounts to do free-to-play runs etc. for educational and demonstrative purposes
