The Aug is one of my favorite guns now. The easy to manage recoil and the relatively low cost makes it great for versus game modes like push. The fails with the under barrel shotgun was hilarious.
@@NappaDZ I love that aside from getting better graphically games can have upgraded mechanics now; this and Escape from Tarkov are the only games that I know of so far that have this; but I can bet there are more lol.
My favorite assault rifle in this game. Fastest velocity and highest penetration out of all the 5.56 rifles, its accurate at long ranges and the lower rate of fire when compared to the m4 or famas makes full auto very easy to manage. Add in a capacity of 42 rounds in an extended mag and you won't have to reload as frequently as you would with the other rifles that have an extended mag.
Just a reminder that the ballistic hood is one of the coolest cosmetics for both purely visual reasons and its origins. It comes from the Danish Frogman Corps, one of the absolute best spec ops units in the world. They’re pretty much the hardest one to ever get into. The training course is nine months, and out of 500-600 applicants, less than a dozen make it through to the end. Since its inception in 1957, only 311 have ever made it through, as of 2015. Just look up some videos about them, especially their shooting exercises. They DO. NOT. MISS.
Qualified on the EF88 styre. The sight on the SA2 is so annoying compared to attaching a 3rd party sight. IRL it's actually a great weapon. Super light weight and easy to field strip and clean.
Ive shot one of these irl that was fully auto, the recoil is exactly the same. Only really recoil it has is visual. If you have a red dot that isnt stationary it will jump around and throw you off target but if you use something like a holographic sight where its directly centered and doesn't move around with your head then its an actual lazar beam
The G3 isn’t outclassed by the FAL. The G3 has a better MOA (not just irl but in game) and much better second shot accuracy thanks too it’s roller delayed blowback system (also a feature in the game) the FAL sufferes at range where as the G-3 can be used as a DMR almost better then much more expensive dedicated DMRs like the SASS and the M-14EBR. The G3 also has minimal recoil in full auto for being a full auto 7.62x51. The Iron sights are also less intrusive then the FAL. The G3 excels at medium to long range and in CQB it’s hipfire is easier to control then the FAL. It’s really about your play style.
Off topic but at 2:55 you can see the flash effect, but for me the screen just turns white. When I bought Insurgency sandstorm the effect was like this in video. But now its just the white screen which is kinda boring
That's very likely something which can be adjusted in your settings, I know siege's flashbangs can mess with people who have epilepsy so there may be a setting to change the way flashes effect you in insurgency.
AUG is a bad gun actually, high vertical recoil + 600 rpm is ridiculous for this gun, i personally prefer G36 cuz it's have less recoil, faster shooting speed, faster reload and extended mag. I like the way developers tried to place AUG and G36 in different groups - aug for long distances and g36 for closer, but g36 win in every situation

1.5x AUG scope is just perfect for all kind of scenarios. It even has backup sight for quick CQB action.

Plus it has the coolest optic options, wide range of choices. 1.5x and 3.0x AUG scopes are simply the best.

All you need is the 1.5x scope Loading Grip and Flash hider for the AUG that thing is insane.
The Aug is what everyone uses on console for security. 2 tap at over 110 meters so basically no damage falloff

I don't agree with the A1 scope being a waste. It's the most comfortable scope for me in the game, or in any game.

i like it because it conserves ammo but hate it for it aiming speed and especially and ironically its firerate! which is what saves ammo.
