Why do you want to own one of these huge homes? You need 6 staff for the upkeep, pay a fortune in property tax and it is really nor necessary.

What is most attractive to me is the individuality of the houses. It gives character to the entire estate. It is a losing point for Steyn City that the houses look like they were all designed by the same architect in much the same style. However, Steyn City appears to trump Siverlakes on amenities.

Sadly, the plots are not very big. Blue Hills Equestrian Estate is the best for big lot sizes, by a HUGE margin. Please do another updated tour of BHills.
