Lots of insightful, thought provoking ideas. Especially like all the wonderful 'explications' of mawashi uke. My first instructor liked to tease us by saying everything 'goju' is in mawashi uke; i'm still plumbing the depths of that idea.. arigatou, Sensei et. al.
I remember being told all the answers are in Sanchin. I'm still working that out (like, are kicks unnecessary? Because they aren't in Sanchin kata...) Maybe one day, I'll be wise enough! We definitely will refilm this - it was a delight to see Che's mind working as it does best, but the internet connection let us down.
@@GojuRyuKarateCentre Yes, Chè's sheer exuberant joy at just 'doing' karate is infectious.... love the way he gets more and more excited as he gets his groove on and enters the 'flow state'; you can feel all the internal 'wheels' synergising.
