Hey guys, what's up?
First time showing Killer Instinct to you, after some years collecting old and recent footages to finally show a supreme gameplay to you, lot of glitches and combos will happen, I know there are a lot of TAS'es at youtube, watched all of them and tried to make my version, showing what I felt they lost should be here, or not, you will decide.
Fulgore as first choice, my favorite character, hard to play with him, hope you like.

Think it shows how nuts KI is that this TAS looks pretty similar to really good normal gameplay.

Tough not many sites give information about it. ComboBreakers have an extra bonus for the character and many of them are the same (extra hits for your extra hit at combo end). Among the different ones, Fulgore's is the most punishing one.
Fulgore is a character has plenty of skills but his combo starter moves are a bit slow and easy to block/counter for patient enemies, which he compensates as the one whose damage imput has the least reduction on combo (wich means a Fulgore combo damages more than any other's same-hits combo).
The combobreaker effect on Fulgore makes those combos even worse with less reduction. On the Cinder match we see that after combo breaker a tripple(3) + killer(15) double combo sent HP from 11/12 to 1/12. 83% health deamage in a single flurry of attacks
That Ultra against Jago could've been 35, which by our old standards it would have been insane!

I know for a fact that on normal difficulty Spinal and Fulgore are breaker lovers, so I'm supposed to believe that not a single character broke the combo on the "highest" difficulty?

Sounds like there's a code input at the VS screen (the punch sound effect). What does it do?
Yes there is, it's a code to activate turbo speed fight. That's the reason every fight ends up too fast, every move becomes faster than usual.

Why didn't Eyedol fall to the lava pit at the end battle?
It is on the nes version but there was multiple versions

FireAntzBlazing lmao. What? They were no NES version of this only Arcade / SNES / Game Boy. I do know on the SNES and Arcade Eyedol falls in the lava. The game just glitched out.

I can bet the cheat used would be the fastest speed one (for speedrunning)
As for not many combo breakers, I’m not too sure, possibly because he does small combos? Majority are hyper, brutal or master combos and I don’t think it’s possible to break combo enders

I love this. Thanks for playing this game. Fun fact, KI on the SNES was preferred for tournament play over the arcade release.
Curious, why was that?
A lot of glitches were fixed including cinders cross up glitch. The only thing the arcade mode had over it gameplay wise was longer combos. Longer combos, however, lead to easier Combo Breakers which did more than breaking a combo it actually enhanced some linkers and specials.

Opa de boas cara, atendo tudo aquilo que vai render um bom vídeo e Killer eu gostaria de trazer no arcade mas o emulador é muito ruim ainda, se desse para finalizar o jogo gravando ao menos mas nem isso, tive de correr pro SNES mesmo, bom que gostou, obrigado pelo feedback e continuarei trazendo novos personagens toda semana neste jogo também.

May i give you 1 tip.. if you release the button as finisher instead of pressing it.. you get a faster ender which also gives more points..
There is also a spinal glitch where he perma transforms into glacius.

I used to see people playing the nes version , I guess this is because nes version has more usable glitches , right ? 🤔
Arcade system is way more unbalanced compared to SNES version when it comes to damage per move-character, be higher be standard normal low-medium moves.
High moves inflicts an absurd amount of damage in arcade version adding the fact that you still stun your opponent after taking almost 50% of his life in a single triple 3-hit combo, on SNES you can do something similar but you need to hold the high move button and release to put him into dizzy state while in arcade version don't matter wheter you hold and release a high move or not.
SNES is indeed a better choice in balance terms while being able to control the unfair high move advantage on online tournaments by making it a forbidden trick to be used when you can't handle all of this on arcade, it's sad since arcade a better pace, gameplay and graphics (of course sound on snes is superior) but for competitive purpose the lack of balance make it worse.

I think a community could hack the game then change this troubles in arcade version on KI1 & KI2 , or do a remake , you know , to put this awesome games in radar of players around the world .
I feel sorry for this games being neglected .

Adoraria brother, o emulador que temos para tasear não consegue finalizar o jogo e ocorre dessincronização toda vez que tentamos passar da segunda luta por algum motivo que não sabemos.
Dark Noob jogo esse Killer Instinct Arcade no emulador aqui e também emulo no Xbox Clássico funciona normal, os gráficos são incrivelmente melhores, espero que continue tentando pois um dia dará certo, e parabéns pelo seus vídeos gosto muito deles

Yeah, just cancel the first triple, you will be always able to spam more combos.

You can do it infinite, but the system will register as 80 hits (the maximum hits the game can show to us).
