Im keep 33 and have academy lvl32 but still manage to get 1050% Range attack ( No CIV gear ) thanks for this kind of information lot of new players learn from it .
Sulla for archer duty officers, quite a few duty generals have specialties for range buff and they are usually one of the first two so its the cheaper of the runestones
Thanks - yes Sulla gives 15% as the archer duty officer. The range buffs from specialties don't work for duty gens though, only specialties that state 'Applied to xxxx Officer'. This is usually only the 4th specialty and to get this you need to waste runestones on the first 3.
So far i have seen 2901% range buff on rally. That means he soloed , it would increase (9*4)=36% more. And maybe his monarch gear was on siege. So i think he was almost 3000%. He was Kingster from HOT alliance
Lol it's all i have, range attack, 1.7M troops total in my keep, 150m power, got wings at k27 with 600% buff. Double attack blazons, level 10 and 14, everything except final genius, Ashoka, 4 purple japans (our biggest coiner gets them for me) 1 blue 1 green.
All these players still emptying their pockets for greedy game that thinks better graphics is better than fixing issues with the updates.. shameless developer reinforced by mindless players gets nothing solved

Subordinate city buffs will increase your buffs double check that and also check your monarch talent

I'm not sure exactly but I know the top players get over 2700%. Over 3000% is probably possible for the very biggest coiners.

I just checked and according to evonywikiguide.com the elite players have buffs over 2800%. Even if 3000% isn't possible just yet, it won't be long.
