My mother killed herself, when me and my brother and sister went to clean out her apartment a week later she had posted a note on the inside of the front door saying "Oh by the way, Ive booked the washing machines in case you have laundery" As morbid as that was it made us all laugh in the middle of crying cuz it was such a typical thing for our mother to do. That tiny bit of very dark humor helped lot getting through the hardest part... Humor is indeed a defense mechanism.

You can definitely tell when her eyes blink rapidly, when she eyes him from head to toe at 5:25, when her face perks up when the interviewer asks Ricky if he'll ever get married at 5:44, and when she looks disappointed and stops her loud laughing at everything he says once he mentions his partner.
I wouldn’t say us swedes are shy, but as greenknitter said, we let people finish talking because overtalking isn’t very polite. Though the reason the two possible Swedish guys in the video stays quiet might be that they’re just bad at english🤷🏼♂️
As an observer from 🇳🇱 I loved how the two male guests got more and more comfortable with Ricky The host is tops. Always a pleasure to see his interviews 👍🏻🤝🏻❤️
