1/4 Cup Oil
2 Small onion chopped,
1/2 Tsp. Cummin Seeds,
1 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste,
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Flake
1/2 Tsp. Kashmeri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
2 Tomatoes and 2 Green Chilli Chopped,
2 Bitter Gourd,
3 Tbsp. oil and fry Bitter Gourd
1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala Powder ,
1/2 Tsp. Nigella Seeds
