Isi waja se karelon main salt absorb bhi hota hai aur zarurat se zyada hi salty ho jate hain. Isi liye is main namak nhi dala kyun ke ye salt baad main salan main bhi mix hota hai karelon se nikal kar. Ye salan without curry bhi hai to is lye salt nhi dala. But yes is cheez ko video main mention karna chahye tha, so for that apologies from my side for the confusion.
Karelon ko namak start main hi laga diya tha. Karele namak absorb karte hain aur kaafi miqdar main karte hain. To is waja se nhi dala bas mention nhi kiya video main.. apologies for that. If you want to add salt, please taste at the end and add if you need.
