Beacause COL had more risk and have just recently moved from SAM to NA I presume. Their tale is alot more interesting and hype as they essentially risked it all moving regions as they were the SAM champions and now moved to NA where they could be gettign less money or not even making LAN. So everyone was hype about them being one series away from LAN and having their region swap and grinding about to be paid off. Compared to like SSG who have always been in NA. Ofc player relations could also be a part of it but i think its more likely because of how COL got to NA and what was at stake for them being why NRG was rooting for them.
