It includes our side of the story with the comms of our team while we played it.

I am Jos "ViolentPanda" van Meurs. I am 21 years old and live in The Netherlands.
I am a professional Rocket League player for Dignitas with Yukeo and Aztral.

John Freeman it’s funny I would have though aztral would make more noise but I imagine that is a massive nerve thing as it’s his first season he was so much more quite this series than almost any other series in terms of gameplay

You can tell Aztral was really struggling mentality wise, and that bled into his gameplay

You can see how it clearly affects Yukeo too. It sucks that they could totally have one season 8 worlds of they could keep their composure

Swift I think he’s definitely a captain but the way virge breaks things down makes him the coach imo

It felt like Aztral clearly was tilted. Maybe someone should talk to him more between the games.
This whole series looked like a 2v3 and was almost won, cause Yukeo and VP played out of their mind.
Good luck next season, but try to get Aztral more into the comms
I think its unfair to call it a 2 v 3, aztral played very passive this series making it mostly a 2 man attack but put in a lot of work in the third man position. He definitely had a quieter series but maybe a 2.5 vs 3
he did some mistakes but give this man some time, he's a beast and this was his first worlds lan. He'll get better in season 9

From vp and yukeo the comms were phenomenal, but aztral seemed so nervous and quiet the entire time. I feel like they could have easily taken this game if he was more involved in comms

@@siltant9458 Put it in .25x and look at both of their positions, Yukeo bumped Aztral out of the way of the save. Look at Yukeo's face vs. Aztral's face. Yukeo knew he messed up and Aztral is pissed because he got bumped.

I literally still have the same shaking when I watch it, even though I know every goal and play
Tynobad Rl same, I was at the event and was sitting near the vitality fans so it was so insane when each other scored. I nearly had a heart attack when they took it to game 7. Such a tough defeat to take but in the end such a great comeback from the start of the season and so excited to see what they do this season.

I think everyone is hating too much on Aztral. It's still his first worlds and he is in semi finals. It's pretty normal that he's nervous
panda actually does so much for the in game mentality and overall info for this team. I knew he was amazing from the results and his gameplay but didnt realize how much the team relies on him

Good leaders aren’t chosen, it’s just what they do when shit hits the fan, regardless of if they are in charge. I suspect Sizz’s success comes from actually lightening the mood, not just saying “be calm”, but telling a joke to “make” the calm.
they guys dont need coach, theyre cheering and uplifting themself so much thats tough to keep a strong spirit during stress like this

Ive never been emotionally invested in any team for RLCS, but I was fucking emotional for you guys watching this. The amount of mental strength you have to have to do this is just incredible to me. Very cool to hear coms. It really gives a different perspective of how intense this shit is. GGS

@@nickrunaway2 look like 10 seconds back and during the play it looks like he maybe had the momentum in the play. The way yukeo blamed himself it seems like astral had it. I still don't blame him with how astral was dead silent during comms

Aztral's lack of enthusiasm is a total killer for morale, good to see the dig bois keep their spirits up.
Aztral is an absolute beast but he needs to get more involved imo.
Great to hear panda and how aware of every tiny aspect of the game he is and potential for certain scenarios to unfold.
I wouldnt jump on the hype train either. Thats when i(and many others) make the most mistakes.
I prefer aztrals way to focus and stay calm.

Watching this in vistalegre was amazing, definately the best series of the whole rlcs.
Great game play, great comms. It did feel like Aztral wasnt feeling the same vibe as Yukeo and Panda though. Possibly better to support him more when hes being quiet?

I feel for the team man. Aztral was struggling with the nerves, understandably so tho. It shows a lot of character out of violentpanda to stay composed like that, although he’s a two time already so he’s been there many times
