Mariah Carey x Khalid - We Talk (Mashup)

Mariah Carey and Khalid collaborate in my mashup titled "We Talk". It features Mariah Carey's hit single "We Belong Together" from her comeback album "The Emancipation Of Mimi" and Khalid's hit single "Talk" from his album "Free Spirit". I found myself listening to Carly Rae Jepsen's cover of "Talk" on TH-cam and as I scrolled through the comments I saw a lot of people say it reminded them of Mariah Carey. I was thinking "In what way does this sound like Mariah Carey?" but on further inspection I realised how similar the beat pattern between the two. It seems I wasn't the only one as Masdamind and Oneboredjeu have also created their own versions. I think they sound very good together. Let me know what you guys think!

I was listening to Carly Rae Jepsen cover "Talk" a few weeks ago and as I scrolled through the comments I saw a lot of people say the song sounded like Mariah Carey. For a while I couldn't figure out where they were hearing the resemblance until one day in the shower (it's always the shower) I said to myself "It's We Belong Together!" and here we are. It seems a few others have had a similar shower experience as OneboredJeu recently released her version and I believe Masdaminds was the first so go ahead and check out their versions. But let me know if you hear the resemblance?
