We have a similar system in South Africa from a different brand and they told us to etch the inside of the nail as well. But I was wondering if the clean up solution you used could be substituted with acetone perhaps?

Yes it can. I've tried it and it gives it just enough mattness to remove the shine

I tried to order the full cover tips but it only allows professional techs to sign in and there's nowhere to create an account. I'm so bummed because I'm a full cover tips type of gal and really wanted ro try these.

Hey can you use the normal Bio Sculpture base gel or would you recommend to get the Evo Base ?

I struggle with full cover tips for some reason. I can’t get them to stop looking bulky. I have super small nail beds so I don’t know if that might have something to do with it. But they just look obviously fake, like cheap press ons if not worse. I use gelish full coverage tips, I haven’t tried any other just because I don’t want to spend a lot and not use them :/

Have you tried debulking the tips at the nailbeds after application? Maybe that might do the trick for you

Hi Isabel great video foe someone who has never thought of doing gels etc but going to have a go at better nails in 2022..Can I ask what grit the black nail file was you used on ya mams nails 💅🙂

Hi Isabel I have the Apres system and love them so this video was interesting I might file around the cuticle on mine and see if that helps as the nail's grow out...thankyou for sharing and Happy New Year xo 💜💅💜

I want to try full cover so bad but a few of my nails have odd shapes and I have very wide thumbnails and have yet to find any that fit the way they’re supposed to!

If the nails are too big you can definitely file the sides to get that perfect fit
