Poor digger driver this bloke, digging over final drives, pulling rocks out of the truck after loading then not cleaning them u and letting the truck back in and onto the rocks, 4 trucks waiting to be loaded at one time, only half filling buckets
So your telling me when a truck is fully loaded and ready to haul its good practice to not send it and pluck a rock out of the back that he just loaded, riiiiight. You do know when a contractor whose job is to move dirt makes money right, pretty sure its not when a loaded truck is sitting at the dig face while an excavator mucks around with rocks in the back of it that he had the choice of putting in there or not.

He has some trucks waiting cause hes picking through the material abit because they obviously dont want rock to big. Hear the jack hammer in back ground?
A contractor doesnt make any money when they are not hauling material, deal with the oversize in the dig and flick the big rocks out then, no contractor i know would accept this practice but if it works for them, so be it

Use your head man. He intentionally was removing the bigger rocks. Very good operator dont know what youre seeing
