Also, I have had 39 years of experience with tithing and find tithing essential to my prosperity. Haggai 1:6 Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes. Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. Act 10:4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a MEMORIAL before God.

The red hair girl is totally wrong... the days of having any degree to improve your marketability and value as an employee probably ended in the 1980s. Getting degrees past that time was not detrimental to one because college was still affordable throughout the 90s but it didn't really necessarily raise your value...just didn't bury you in debt. I came out in 95 and my degree (communications) was a joke...i knew it before i graduated...had them mail me my degree and I moved on with my life and created a career. Can't think of anything useful i learned in college.

    - I build a switch cabinet for a test build
    - eating sushi
    - talking a lot of bullshit
    - got a job offer to join his team
    That's how 14 hours passed. 👌
The point is a lot of people also don't understand is that they search for likely minded people.
Guess how many people applied for a position in his team? It's incredibly many, because it's a major corporate with a great brand they pay nice money.

This means you get educational, experience, references, portfolio, networking and most importantly your story. The story is the hard part, you need use the items to describe your journey, passions and create reason for someone to want to hire you. If people like you they what to help you. No one want to hear a crying women who is complaining about uni didn’t tell her something important.

People learn with work experience and working with different types of personalities and competencies that a degree is sometimes required but not sufficient to do the work.
Meaning, they may be able to do the job, but not necessarily in a way that is overall desirable to a particular employer.
Communication, ability to take correction, harmonious integration with the current people in that department are also important considerations for anybody looking to hire.
It's usually easier to change a technical deficiency (within reason) than to change an attitude.
Plopping a piece of paper down on a desk and expecting the royal treatment from a guy who may have slept on his office floor for 6 months and stressed about loans and invoices before finally turning the corner and growing his business is a lot to ask.

😂No. it's women paying thousands of dollars to scream, smash sticks in the woods. It's called a rage ritual. It's supposed to help them "heal from their trauma", and "empowering". 😂I feel bad for them

Everybody here has to talk to some old people maybe your parents maybe not but old people that have gone through different types of economies that actually affected them over all the generations that they worked. What they did how they felt how they survived it this is not the first time you just came into a time maybe the first time where job hunting was more difficult than usual I tried to run my own small business in the construction field and have pushed through many many many hard times some people were affected by the different economic downturns and some people were not so start talking to people that have experienced some of these bad situations in life because this will not be your last time
