Don't feel bad, Kyle- you thought a human was yelling at you and I thought it was a grown man sneezing (in the forest lol). They really do sound like us! What a great bit on CARE- thanks so much for this.
OmG! I just watched 2 other videos with Rita in both of them! Will have to check the dates as I believed that at least one of them was more recent! Now to hear that she passed in 2013 is rather a shock & actually her even dying is even more so! She was such a lovely & caring woman is just so sad to hear of her passing! However, am so glad the others were able to continue her legacy! I'm sure she's looking down & smiling on you all! RIP Rita & God bless all the rest of you.💖
You’re baboons are so lovely and sweet please keep ur good work up I wish to come sometime and mum a baboon baby I would love to do that before I die as I don’t have children ❤️❤️🙏👍
Another amazing video thank you Kyle! It broke my heart to hear about Rita and her tragic end but I feel she became a guardian angel to all those at CARE As well as the baboons at CARE and what a miracle that even with a tragedy of losing Rita it brought the community together to further her dream in her honor. I had just watched her special on animal planet growing up baboon someone put it on TH-cam and I fell in love with her and her work...it must have been filmed not long before she passed away. It broke my heart to hear about her passing but Kyle you did a wonderful thing educating all of us about care and baboons....I still love your Vervet Family but it was a pleasant change learning about Baboons....it would amazing if you continue this path and possibly visit other primate sanctuaries in the future, I know I personally would love to see those videos and you have such a gift with connecting to the audience and your humor adds so much to the video but also the way you tell the story and speak to others you truly have a gift and what a blessing that you use your gift for the greater good to help these precious animals that so many people misunderstand primates and view them as vermin and pests! Thank you again and I look forward to seeing your next video! 🐵 💗 😇 Rest in Paradise Rita Bobby Sexy and I can’t remember the other baboons name, what a wonderful thing that their passing wasn’t in vain. I’m sure Rita looks down with such pride that her dream lives on and she is in paradise with her husband, daughter and all her primate children she lost over the years! 💗
I would love to watch their rehab process with Oreo or another baby if possible. Especially the first meeting of the orphan and surrogate and then their release back into the troup to see how the troup greets a new baby.
19:52 Hearing them talk to one another was absolutely adorable! I replayed it a few times. These are the moments I love! It's impossible for anyone to deny these creatures having close family bonds. They clearly acknowledge one another. Seeing these guys comforting one another & seeming to show affection, it's clear to me. Great video, great editing, great message! 💕
Thank you again Kyle. This is stuff that we don’t even think about over in the USA.Any documentation you can share about the good things people are doing over there is so appreciated and is so educating. You’re an awesome guy!
This was awesome thank you❤️❤️❤️ Baboons look like a cross between dogs and monkeys or dog person. They are really quite intriguing looking and from a sci-fi movie 🎥❤️❤️❤️
Kyle, thank you for this wonderful and educational interview. It was so sad to hear about Rita's passing but she left a legacy that will definitely keep going.
Hearing about Rita’s passing and in such a tragic way deeply saddens me! I broke into tears when I heard. But if anybody would like too see Rita and her taking care of the baboons at C.A.R.E they still can, there is a lovely documentary from Animal Planet called Growing up Baboon here on TH-cam. I highly recommend watching it!
Kylie, I am really enjoying these last two episodes. I never even knew that there was a Baboon Sanctuary like C.A.R.E. I love what they stand for, and I love what you do!
So heartbreaking to hear about Rita story on losing her husband& 16yrold daughter💔💔 Thanks to her the baby baboon"Bobby"was rehabilitated..makes me so mad the guys said to Rita,"the baby baboon drank 2 much" so they threw like it was trash in the dumpster😡THOSE A**HOLES!But my hats off 2 Rita saving Bobby& others&Kyle & all at #thevervetforest for everything y'all do everyday😘🐒 #vervetmonkeyfoundation
Kyle you’re awesome!! These primates are our family!! Keep up the amazing work ! Thank you for doing this. I’d volunteer if I were able but one day I hope I can!!
Another interesting topic would be relationship with the local farmers and what work goes into developing an environment for both monkeys and farmers to both thrive.
I love this. Thank you Kyle, for sharing this place with all of us! I hope this will help spread awareness for/about these amazing primates and the humans who care so much for them. 💜❤🐒❤💜
Haha so funny realizing your calling out to a baboon! This is spectacular to know about this place C.A.R.E. that helps out the baboons! Its good to see places helping out nature! Baboons remind me of monkey dogs!

Amazing work u all do. Blessings
Interesting 👍 A great way to continue sharing content
They definitely seem more vocal. The males' snouts remind me of Afghan Hounds, Salukis and other sleak-snouted dogs.

Have there been any threats to the Center and/or people who work there?
He is so precious didn't it burn there where the founder died Rita
why do the vervets and baboons adopt the babies?
Is it a baboon shouting at 18:35
They have heads and faces like a bat.
